  1. if only there was some way of me knowing what matches we have from now until the end of the season, and what days and times they were. if only.
  2. i'd rather see lua lua than smith in midfield...however i'd raher see faye,n'zogbia (or emre) duff and milner than either. harper beye taylor cacapa enrique milner emre faye zog martins owen would be good i reckon, with one of troisi or lualua coming off the bench if we can accomodate it
  3. didnt edgar make his debut against man united, make ronaldo look average and score from 35 yards? ok, so chances are the others wont do quite so well but id rather see lualua than smith in midfield, lualua deserves a chance, smith hasnt even earned the right to be anywhere newcastle, let alone the NUFC starting 11
  4. anyone remember the 2-2 with manure last season? practically reserves playing and we scored 2 screamers because the players were up for it. we have the africans back, we have a 2 week rest for keegan to get some ideas in and , man united have a game before, and with any luck keegan will make sure we are motivated and in an ideal world without carr smith and butt
  5. we are undefeated at home under keegan
  6. as much as i hate man united, id like them to win the league over chelsea and arsenal, so thats a slight downer of this. hopefully ronaldo gets red carded that would make my day!! and chelsea and liverpool get lots of reds as well
  7. noones going to deny given has been poor this season, weve conceded a lot of goals, however what should/will be the situation next season? given is and always will be a legend, but harewood seems to have knackered him, along with old age. harper is reliable as a deputy, but is he good enough to be our first choice keeper? hes been better than given this season, but not great. if he was good enough to be a first choice, surely he would have gone by now? krul looks like a great future one, but will he be good enough to start next season? and of course theres new keepers but who can we sign?

  9. "things are getting worse for newcastle as given is taken off through injury and replaced by stuart taylor" sky sports live scores
  10. i think all this moneys going to do is push transfer prices, wages and indeed ticket prices up even more. doesnt improve the standard of academy players much at all, just means all the foreign players come to the prem for megabucks and the foreign teams cant compete
  11. might be worth phoning the nufc box office, but theyll give you excuses. i think about a month maybe a bit less before, but never really sure. itll be on nufc.co.uk if they do change it though
  12. maybe, but try telling that to 3000 west ham fans at anfield and see if you still have your bollocks intact by the end of it
  13. interesting how everyones predictions come out with arsenal as champions
  14. what irritates me is that the big 5 wont play each other. how the hell in any way at all is that fair? why should we have a chance of having to play man united again, whereas chelsea the hardest theyd possibly get is aston villa (assuming man u arse chelsea liverpool everton)
  15. do we and more importantly football pro's actually think he'll be good enough to play for us next season? he looked class when i saw him against palermo but thers a difference between that and 38 premier league games.
  16. us 12th, (id take that) , derby mackems and brum going down, arsenal win the league by 1 point on the last day and everton beat liverpool to 4th spot by 15 points
  17. you dont get that good a view at matches. that and from what ive seen of some of your posts mate, despite having a season ticket, you seem to be wrong quite a lot
  18. sundays because they are shite. that means less people apply for tickets, so i can get to see us thrashed instead
  19. agreed entirely. emirates is very impressive but it seems a bit fake.
  20. ive been to the following: upton park, white hart lane, emirates, stamford bridge, the den (millwall), and of course SJP. but my favourite has to be craven cottage. small yes, quiet, yes but i like the traditionalness of it and the fact that you cant beat it on a nice summers day by the river thames playing football in a nice park then going to the pub. vilis pies in the away end as well! nice. emirates is very impressive, but i prefer SJP because its nice, good atmosphere and right in the centre of town, and practically the hwole of newcastle is there. its nice stamford bridge is ok, but full of cunts the rest are a grade shitholes!
  21. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11678_3096567,00.html "sky sports understands we have signed..."
  22. apparently this blokes now signed for us- see the sky sports live score centre
  23. anyone see the back page of the sun this morning? full page article on keegan and newcastle cant remember the headline, but something along the lines of keegan obviously not good enough for failing to win in 3, 2 of which were arsenal away
