Always wanted him to shine but fact is, he is not PL material. He should move on in the summer....and he will.

I respect Wood and what he is doing (a good teamplayer), but fact is - he is our weakest link. Hardly a goal threat - imagine (if in topform) how Wilson would have performed the last ten games. Much better at everything and would probably have scored least 3-4 goals.

agree. If we want to stay up i think signing a solid DM and a quality striker is the 2 most important positions. Still need a good DC, LWB and creative type who can play 2-3 different positions behind the striker. Wilson and Maximin are crucial and we 2 more of same pedigree or even better.
