  1. wouldnt be bothered whether he was in charge or not as long as we would win games and sign good players then it will be fine shame city are cr*p
  2. he would be a good championship player he did play well away to Chelsea but thats really it and ok at Watford he would do well at a lower league and would be good to get rid of the cr*p from this club!
  3. why you say that at the top about gudjohnson? you missed the top bit off so stop sending a rumour about! Eidur Gudjohnsen is determined to fight for his place at Barcelona despite reports linking him with a £4.5m move to Newcastle, according to his father. Arnor Gudjohnsen, who also acts as his agent, said the striker would be keen to form a partnership with new £16.1m signing Thierry Henry next season. "A lot of clubs are interested in Eidur," Gudjohnsen told BBC Sport. "But he is determined to prove himself at Barca. He would complement Henry because they play differently." He added: "I don't think the forward partnership of Samuel Eto'o and Henry would work as well. Although Eidur wants to stay - I don't know what Barcelona's intentions are Arnor Gudjohnsen "Eidur can drop deep and play off Henry, which I think would work much better." Earlier, reports suggested that representatives from Newcastle were in Barcelona to negotiate a deal with the club's Brazilian midfielder Edmilson and the 28-year-old Iceland international. Gudjohnsen played under Magpies boss Sam Allardyce when they were both at Bolton, before the forward moved to Chelsea in 2000 where he spent six years. He moved to the Nou Camp in June 2006 for £8m, but failed to cement a regular place in the starting XI last season. Last month, the forward suggested he was keen on a return to Britain, in particular Manchester United, if Barca were to sell him. The player's father said there had not been negotiations with any clubs, although he added he was unsure as to whether his son featured in Barcelona's plans for next season. "Eidur is away on holiday now and he has not been in contact with any clubs. He is planning to meet up with his Barcelona team-mates for pre-season later in July," he said. "Although he wants to stay, I don't know what Barcelona's intentions are."

  5. if we loose owen or martins then we will need another striker Gudjohnson or maybe Defoe as he will hardly get his game i think if not then this rigters might be a good striker i havnt saw him play
  6. Bent isnt worth that amount of money! yes hes young compared to Henry but you could get 1 or 2 excellent strikers for £16.5 million maybe a striker and a midfielder henry scored more goals in a season! im not certain whether bent is an excellent player i think hes over-rated (hes still a good player)
  7. Nufc 4-4 Troyes or Nufc 4-0 Spurs
  8. i dont think sam will spend much money this summer he will buy bargains which he knows will do well for this club
  9. i hope your right but sib was a good player
  10. players like torres wouldnt come here unless we were in europe maybe next season is a posibility
  11. Reading are optimistic Nicky Shorey and Leroy Lita will sign new contracts. England international defender Shorey, 26, has been linked with West Ham and Newcastle. Lita, 22, who scored three goals for England in the recent Under-21 European Championships, is reportedly interesting Sunderland and Portsmouth. "I've held talks with both players' representatives," Reading director of football Nicky Hammond told the club website. "They were very positive." The £6m-rated left-back Shorey has two years left on his contract, while the £5m-rated striker Lita has just 12 months to go on his current deal. Hammond added: "We're keen to take things forward and the discussions will continue in the not too distant future." The Reading director of football went on to reveal the club had been unable to persuade a couple of transfer targets to join the Royals, despite their impressive form in the Premier League last season. "We've missed out on a couple of players that we'd have liked this summer," Hammond told the Reading Evening Post. "They possibly didn't see Reading as the best possible option they had and we've just got to accept those decisions. "If we look at what's most important to us, trying to keep our best players is of course top of that list." says £6million Shorey so i think we could sign Baines for less
  12. i think we have a good strong midfield and dont need to look at any other players for that department we just need to concentrate on a left back, right back, centre back
  13. i hope owen is going to leave!

    Habib Beye

i would try for this beye as hes a right back and we need a one carr isnt good enough and we should sell him or keep him for when people are injured nobby was class last season at right back but we will need a player who is a natural right back

    Dyer

milner could easily play left or right wing dyer could just sit on the bench and would be happy as he gets so much money the greedy t*** i would accept a offer from £2million - anything for the lazy little d*** head
  16. baines from wigan or shorey from reading sell owen and buy gudjohnson for £5million less than we would sell owen for! we will need a right back after this then that should be our squad finished for next season
