I'd pretty much go along with those values as their actual values. However there are some players there you'd have to stick a few mill on for me to be tempted to sell. Enrique for example, I wouldn't sell for under 9 million. I think we've got a bargain.

Godsmark is absolutely lightening quick, much quicker than Lennon IMO. There were times when the defenders had a good 15 yards head start and he'd beat them.

Just got back - left early as it was fucking freezing. Lovely finish from Barton to make it 1-0. He played well and didn't look like he wanted to come off. Godsmark was fucking brilliant.

Just before I write this, just want to say this isn't my opinion on the matter, i'm just hoying this up because i've seen a lot of debate about it recently. Has it got to the point where Shay Given needs Newcastle United more than Newcastle United need Shay Given. Yes, he's been our most consistent player for the best part of a decade and has given (no pun intended) us tremendous service over the years, but with Steve Harper in top form, Krul progressing nicely and Jussi expressing an interest has he become less valued than he was before? Has Shay been the same since the Harewood incident this time last year? Does he deserve to stay in the team based on his previous form? Discuss.
