http://otbva.com/forum/images/smilies2/th_kevinhart.png Good lord. Relegation awaits.

An induced coma is relatively standard procedure in this situation. My Mum was in a similar situation a couple of years ago as an unfit 66 year old and pulled through absolutely fine, here's hoping Pav does the same

Anyone fancy some pretentious, Liverpool-esque bollocks? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/35129915

The title? Absolutely. I can't stand Vardy, but Ranieri and Mahrez are so likeable, and Lineker's twitter would be priceless. For that alone I hope they win it. them getting a CL spot would be f***ing incredible tbf, you get the impression that if they went and spent a load of money in january though it would end up upsetting the balance they've got, while on the other hand not spending they're likely to fall off the pace at some stage Their squad simply isn't big enough to cope with a couple of injuries at the minute, so for that reason alone they'll have to spend because injuries are inevitable. But, I know what you mean, they seem to have a great team spirit and work ethic so signing a couple of big-name players could upset the balance and their team ethic. They just have to be very careful to get the right characters in, someone like Cambiasso last year who bought into the whole club and became a cult hero within months, but obviously someone at their peak rather than the end of their career. If they get the right characters and quality in then a Champions League spot is achievable, which is pretty amazing really.

The owners at Leicester seem pretty awesome with everything they do for their fans. Would be great to see them go 'fuck it, let's spend £80m in January'. They'd probably be able to get some great players in as they'll be in the top 2 or 3 at the start of January and could fling some money at them.

It's forced, try-hard bollocks. If the players genuinely want to thank the fans, let them do it. Would rather they weren't ordered to p*ss about holding hands after an embarrassing result against a Pulis side. Our lads coming across to the Newcastle fans yesterday was the other end of the scale. Genuine emotion for once. Does the result really matter if you want to thank the fans for their support anyway? Just find it bizarre that people are criticising players for doing something that they're usually criticised for not doing.
-
Not sure why people on here seem to have a problem with the players thanking the fans at the end of the game. Actually shows some respect and connection to the fans, something that pretty much every team in Germany, and virtually no team in England, has. Would people rather the players just fucked off down the tunnel with a face like a smacked arse?
-
Surely everyone playing the game has Mahrez by now?
-
I think De Jong and Ayoze could be great together with some quick, one-touch interplay around the box. The only problem would be fitting them two and Mitrovic into a balanced team with Sissoko and Wijnaldum. Not really sure how we could do it without going all out attack and leaving ourselves massively exposed.
-
Call me crazy but I'd like more than one fit goalkeeper in the squad. That would be nice yes I was more making the point that it's obviously not too serious if he's playing with it, so we may as well put Darlow in and have semi-injured Elliott on the bench.
-
Darlow is fit again now anyway isn't he, so no great problem if Elliott is injured. Darlow was quite highly rated at Forest so could be an improvement if anything.

Cue the Dr Death smiley

We must have the most injury-prone keepers in the league, keepers from other teams seem to break consecutive appearance records all the time and are never out of the team, whereas our two spend about a third of the season out injured.
-
He's left footed isn't he? Yes that was my point, he was using his weaker foot when he could have easily used his left so I think he had a bit of a problem.
-
He was also kicking with his right foot towards the end of the game when he had plenty of time but had to kick it from a back-pass.
-
Ultimately that's why we were able to buy him and why we still have him. If bigger clubs do their scouting properly they'll realise how massively inconsistent he is and stay well away, no matter how much he spouts off in the media. If he was consistent he would be one of the better midfielders in the league.
-
We kicked off didn't we? Which means Liverpool choose ends. He definitely told the ref he wanted to change ends Aye Colo definitely asked to change ends, was weird.

The fact that the team where he is only on loan for one season, in a division below us, are the ones sorting out his long-term medical condition says it all about the quality and professionalism of our medical team. Pretty much sums up the club as a whole really.

From .com: Speaking at a recent fan forum event, Cardiff City manager Russell Slade answered a question about why Newcastle loanee Sammy Ameobi has seen his pitch time rationed so far this season as follows: "When Sammy came to us there were one or two fitness issues. Unfortunately, one of things we had to address was medication. "He is on new medication now and starting to look fresher, stronger, not struggling for his breath. "He has an asthma problem, but that is being dealt with much better. He’s had a change to his inhaler and he has altered his breathing patterns. "Managing his pitch time has helped - moving forward that has been a big thing for him.” http://www.oportosports.com/wp-content/uploads/leaguemedic.jpg

Had far too much about his game to be a Michael Ricketts. Love the bloke. I always find myself rooting for the loveable dope. He's just so composed on the ball, his hold-up play is excellent, and he can finish. He's a proper striker, something England have lacked for a long time. As much as Vary is having a good season, I think Kane should start in the Euro's. Hopefully Sturridge can sort his injury problems out, as I reckon him and Kane would compliment each other really well. Then have Walcott and Sterling down the flanks and Wilshere and Ali? in the middle, and its the making of a good side imo. I'm still of the opinion that Vardy is shit and that he's just having a good run of form.

Always thought he performed well for us when called upon.

Tokyo Sexwale may well be one of the greatest names of all time.

Christ, imagine Dr Death getting his hands on him again.

Contract running out and available for £300k, sounds like the perfect deal to see us through to relegation
