Red Bull should stick to F1. The corporate team ownership approach works in that sort of sponsorship gone mental environment. I'll never understand the "sports fanchise" concept that you see in the US and Australia. Something about it just seems so empty and devoid of any soul.

I totally agree with this. I wasn't genuinely advocating that someone rang him and shouted down the phone that he was shit ! Shola pisses me off cos he's not good enough to hack it in the top flight and he's been around for ages and never improved. Due to his lack of skills he is hugely frustrating to watch and gets on people's tits. He's a local lad who loves the toon and I wish him well in his career but I don't want to see him leading the line for NUFC. Just like I didn't want Ramage in our back four. should be a class signing. if he gets on with spiderboy and jose then we're getting a tidy little collection of spanish speakers in the team. should help with settling into the clube etc. can imagine them all down El Coto for some tapas then off to the Salsa Club for some San Miguels... Daft question that. If the manager wants him, then of course I'd have liked to have got him. Question should be, is Keegan happy at losing another target ? After giving it much deliberation I'm not renewing. Will just get tickets from the box office for games I want to go to.

risky signing if you ask me. I'd rather try and spread the money across 5 good, commited players who are on the rise than spend 20m and 200k a week on a player who's only coming for the money and had a shitter last season.
