  1. Ginola, Asprilla, Robert and Barfa all satisfied me more than frustrated me. Maxi frustrates me more than he satisfies me. Really wished it had worked out for him Farewell sweet Prince (the great pretender) onwards and upwards
  2. Sure our medical/fitness team will have a big say in this, if it is to be done.
  3. I think for no apparent reason we get at least 3 more through the door that strengthen the squad! (Maxi proceeds, sales plus loans are my apparent reasons)
  4. I’d say it is Eddie Howe’s discipline and rigidity that has got us to where we are now. More tinkering and our engine purrs more efficiently. I want to see what his vision of the best us is, with whomever he chooses that to be with. Man’s a miracle worker. His stats don’t contradict this!
  5. Me too, but if needs must. For Eddie the romance is in the results. He’s putting together a squad to build on last year. Champions fucking League marra!
  6. A fit scoring assisting Barnes is better over the season than a not so fit/ off form Maxi. I think in a Howe team Barnes will do even better. I get what you’re saying about top 5 teams but the sum total of our parts under Howe tend to over perform as he’s proven to eventually get better out of them. I would be excited to see under Howe what Barnes brings to the squad. If Maxi does go, I don’t think Barnes will be the only signing. Thus strengthening us further.
  7. Saudi league fair is already a thing. It’s what they’ll pay ?
  8. Don’t think we’ll ever truly know. Eddie is a great politician. He’ll say all the right things even if inside he was happy with the deal (not saying he would/wouldn’t be).
  9. You may have just answered my question
  10. Can any of these new Saudi bought players be loaned to us “legally” so to speak, with wages covered?
  11. Probably just referring to our summer!
  12. Maxi to Saudi, loaned straight back. They pay wages! It’s not illegal
  13. I want to believe, but it is Sunday. Clickety click!
  14. It’s whatever works for you. I like to express gratitude for my food and drink, and try and focus more on what I have rather than what I haven’t.
  15. Yes it used to be called “saying grace” a showing of gratitude for having food on your plate (a lot of folk don’t know where the next meal is coming from)
