He's just that good. As for a prediction.. I'd say 1-1 draw.

Platini is the marxist of the footballing world

Not saying we could 100% get him just that we should 100% try to get him. Some reasons why he may consider us. !. Spurs are shit and he's clearly not happy there. 2. He's refusing to sign a new contract with them. 3. His current contract has only one year left at then end of this season. So spurs may be forced to sell (possibly cheaply) 4. Because he supported us since he was a boy, with Shearer his idol (so we'll bring him in for the talks). 5. Because he has more chance of playing regularly for us than at say at Man u who may or may not want him anyway. I'd also like Ashton but i think he's only fairly recently signed a new contract, it'll cost us a fortune to buy him, plus West Ham don't seem to need the money. I see where you're getting at but here are 2 reasons he won't 1) Its a sidestep 2) Bigger clubs than ours will undoubtedly be interested

Rio is waaay overrated, hes good yes there's no question but he's nowhere near the best. Vidic, Gallas or Toure.. cant pick

Well apart from bellamy, i'd say that the England football team have the best 'individual' players
-
hate to admit it but i cant stand the average nufc fan, utter fucking morons, watching the match in the pub yesterday and in the last ten minutes the camera cut to sam, cue booing from a section of the bar, so i shouted fuck off at them, then hid behind my mate when they looked over aye those lot piss me off

Cant be a bad thing.. How does this bode for young andy then?

He's just a knee-jerker iyam Besides the moaners and daft excitable kevs are usually the same people, they just change their oppinions with every goal scored or against.

*sigh* puberty.... Listen when you're done showing how big of a man you are, you can go on to say something constructive once in a while. Pathetic really.

Sniff comes on to the forum to masterbate when newcastle lose
-
Mourinho springs to mind, whether he would be interested is another point however.... Aside from him however it is difficult to say, a manager and club have to fit for it to work, Keegan and us, Wenger and Arsenal, Sam and Bolton. It's easy to say that Capello, Ferguson, Wenger etc would improve us but the same could have been said when Dalglish was appointed. maybe i should've added the word "realistically"
-
If we did lose Sam, who would we get? who would we want to get? Thread-worthy perhaps... nah still interesting to see who people think could elevate us further than the big man himself

Breaking news: Most Newcastle fans have bipolar disorder Honest to bettsy, less than 10 games in and people are calling for his head. What happened to 'give him time'. Sure the away form is terrible right now, but overreacting isn't going to make things any better If, by half-way through the season, we're still looking abysmal on the road then we can start asking serious questions.. but for now we just have to hope sam drops this alledged 'play for a point' mentality. Hes a good manager remember, so leave britney aloone!

How on earth is the price irrelevant? You've paid out an extra £15.5M for a pair of strikers than McCarthy cost Blackburn and those strikers only managed 5 more goals than him. And I'll rate a pair of strikers on how many goals they get between them. If that's more than another pair of strikers then the first pair is the better strike force. You can cry on about "judging the movement, passing and how well they work together" all you want, but if that doesn't produce as many goals as a strike pairing that doesn't play as fluently together then it's all irrelevant in the end. Are you really that slow?. The price is irrelevant because we are discusiing who the BEST strikeforce is NOT 'Who's the cheapest strikeforce' or 'which strikeforce would you prefer for the price they cost?' . No, I took everything into account when I choose my best strike partnership. Price, previous clubs, age, previous goal records etc. McCarthy and Santa Cruz came out on top. I didn't see any restrictions as to what to consider when I asked you originally tbh. And nice of you to ignore the last bit, you don't agree that the goal record outcome is more important than having two players who are fluent together? I'd much happier see Owen and Martins get 30 goals between them this season whilst falling over each other than see them play beautiful together and scrape 15. Scy you silly bastard, goals are irrelevant... as long as strikers play 'spurs' football then they're a good strikeforce Sadly though ramos is just what spurs need atm

8 points would have had us third or possibly second depending on goal difference. All supposedly 'easy' away games too *sigh*
-
More teams have taken points off Villa and Everton than haven't, Spurs have drawn one more game than Derby and have won the same number as them. aye we should've beaten boro, derby and now reading- thats 8 points gone astray

interesting to know if it was or not Elliot were you by any chance 'stoned out of your mind' when you saw it on the tv?

blueyes.gif I couldn't argue with that. I'm looking forward to the current regime matching those Champions League qualifications. He's adorable when he does that

Booked for flatulence?

Great point Sam can't not see this (excellent grammar there) so if we can take anything from this game its the assumption that sam has learned his lesson......................hopefully

Its a Newcastle football forum mate, we've been playing poor away from home. Is it complaining to want to more from our away performances, remember some unlucky fans paid to watch that.
