  1. I'd say it's easier to push someone over when they're kneeling down, tbh. Try it next time you're in church. simple physics really: if the centre of gravity is lower in an object it is harder to topple it than one in which the centre of gravity is higher.. mass being equal of course

    Players in public

friend of mine saw Roy keane in TKmaxx
  3. score a brace- hope so come back to sjp with a leg brace- fucking hope not
  4. don't want to be a downer but i don't really see us winning this one..
  5. crumpy's just trying to garner some attention... taylors a good young player who looked sublime when compared to a previously shite defence.. gotta keep the lad- will turn out to be a great player and our future captain.
  6. ooops yeah you made the foreign player one, not this one.... aah yeah sorry; thought you were calling your own thread pointless there.. i think i've been in front of the computer too long..
  7. and yet people complain when players aren't "proud to wear the shirt" ... surprised though, i've always been a big england fan, and i didn't know that so many people don't care.
  8. oh RRRrrrrreeeeaaaalllllyyyy.... ....lots of critisims and no suggestions?? Care to venture a suggestion, rather than piss on other people's?? not "pissing on other peoples' suggestions.. just giving my view on each player mentioned.. denying me my right to criticise means that you're pissing on my opinions. So yeah, rrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeaally
  9. Rosicky looks in fine form; the kind of player we need really
  10. you're saying thats a good thing? can't really see how its a bad thing
  11. love the way richards is overrated.... its unbelievable
  12. miserable bugger They'll never do fuck all with their current manager either. England's equivalent of the Roeder appointment. i'll agree with that
  13. still undecided about torres.. the derby game he did ver well, but i dont see 20 goals in him.. tbh hes playing for a new craetive-force of a team so he gets enough chances
  14. tbh it's pretty shocking how many people don't give a toss about england. no wonder the players are so demoralised. its ok choosing newcastle over england but to say that you don't care about the national side is treason... perhaps not that far , but you get what i mean
  15. passionate about england even if i do think the manager is a twat and the players are overrated. i love the world cup atmosphere though- its brilliant, the 'Go england!' signs in shop windows (some of them) and its the only time my mates (be they everton fans, boro fans..) n i actually support the same side. that said i desperately want newcastle to do well.. so i chose both.
  16. That must be a He-She i don't believe the story... first of all why would you pay for what must be the most hideous hooker ever, when he could easily get a girl 10 times better looking in any nightclub? why would you invite your friends round to screw said hoooker? (i wouldn't want anyone to know i was screwing a whore, let alone invite more penis's around ffs) and isn't cristiano gay.. has to be? remember Hugh Grant and Divine Brown? Ugly as a box full of smacked arses, but the floppy-haired fool still got her to put his private area in her mouth. ... so he these people like them ugly.. the dirty bastards... must admit before seeing her pic, when i heard she was brazillian my mind wandered .. only to be be slapped in the face with a pic of someone who looks like giselle bunchen.....................'s retarded sister.
  17. owen will only stay if hes playing crap... if he becomes a prolific figure again, someone'll swoop in; he won't be here in 3 seasons.. the nzogbia deal is excellent; forgot how good he was, last season did nothing for his development..

  19. His set-pieces have been nothing special really, Milner could do it just as well. I'd not be too upset if we lost the long throw either. Think Butt gives us more in general play, can't say I know a lot about Faye but some seem to think he's good enough to be first choice DM. Hope so, don't think Geremi is suited to the role at all. i just don't rate butt really.. usually loses the ball, passing is average- i just think geremi brings more to the table. not much worse at tackling either..
  20. i'd drop butt. we'd lose something in set pieces if geremi was omitted
  21. spanish as well; italians (and ac milan is full of italians) need space on the ball and the more physical teams that close them down give them problems.
  22. Milan are not that slow.......... Gattuso is a little tiger..... Kaka as you said is pacy and skillful........ Seedorf is strong and quick...... Cafu has always been strong, athletic and fast down the flanks..... Serginho, Oddo are fast........... Nesta wasn't exactly slow in his day. Nor was Maldini in his day. Pirlo and Emerson are fast enough. Its probably just Inzaghi that walks about the pitch....... Milan are as athletic and quick as any team in Europe. They just play slower, patient, boring, Italian football. Emerson, Seedorf and Pirlo are so slow they make Gattuso look like Martins, Cafu is 107 years old, Serginho is nothing more then a fringe player, Maldini and Nesta are also slow. Milan don't run, they don't, they just play slow football that fits their abilltys and win games by simply playing it their way; actually if you look at how they play, it just drips with undersanding- theyre not slow; watch them.. they slow down the game and play to their pace, and then suddenly they break very quickly with nice passes to the forwards (gilardinho has quite a bit of speed). still ac milan, like most italian clubs, would struggle against the more physical teams.
  23. we were all over wigan and shouldve gotten atleast 8! didn't see the match as i was at my dad's house... when somebody told us that it took us til the 80 min (was it? i cant remember..) to score against a 10-man wigan. the usual "bloody hell, same old newcastle- can hardly beat 10 men" grumbles ensued (my dad obviously). good to know that we were that dominant though, restores a bit of faith really.. that said i think it'll be tough season with us coming 8th-6th with it being very close.. disappointed with anything less than 8th and as much as i hate them, i think liverpool look very solid and i didnt fall asleep watching them play aswell- they could produce a few surprises...
