Agreed. But we weren't at it for the full 90 is my point. There are games where we've played out our skin for 90minutes and somehow lost. People can say ah that's a 6 or 7 out of 10 performance as a result... They were just utter shite after we went 1 0 up and we grew as they regressed. Not a difficult concept. It's not as if I'm saying we were shit. Just that we didn't have to be outstanding to wipe the florlor with them. People sensationalised my views (not you)

Aye, arguably. We should have been 2 down after 20mins. The first goal could have been given no goal for handball and the third wasn't a foul. Granted we could have had a pen too. Folk are kidding themselves if they think we were anywhere near our average level for the first 25mins or so. We got the first goal and it changed the game then we obliterated them as our confidence returned and there's capitulated

Anyone thinking we deserved to be ahead after 20 mins is absolutely kidding themselves. It was only after that first goal we got our mojo back. I really hope that's it now...been lacking confidence since Liverpool.

It's absolutely reflective of what happened. I am as happy as the next person, but today there was some good fortune/degree of incompetence before we got back to our 'last season' self. Absolutely.

Good chances. A competent PL side scores one of those two. They scored neither. The first goal could have arguably been denied and the second was a pen despite Burn doing to fantastic to score. We were 7/10 today. They were 2/10 after they first 25mins.

Haven't read anything prior not gonna lie. But we should have been 2 down after 25mins. We got a stroke of fortune for the first, the second was a pen in our favour had it not have been scored and the 'foul' for the third was not a foul. We should have had a pen for a fourth that didn't happen. But after that we absolutely smashed them and they capitulated.

I am in agreement that we don't have our club back, but it is back in the best form it could be (speaking specifically about the club). Only when there is a revolution in football (once the inevitable implosion occurs) will fans truly get their clubs back.
