I'm with Disco, Argentina is a potential goldmine of talent. It would be interesting to see how Facundo Ferreyra would do in the PL, a big, physical striker with an eye for goal and with time on his side as well. Mind you Stracqualursi hasn't exactly set the world alight since Everton loaned him in.

Olivier Giroud should be brought in, we need someone to rival Cabaye's handsomeness. He needs some competition in that area.

I concur; Kluivert did as well as could have been expected of him in a disfunctional team (to say the least), and Milner did his best to make his time here a successful one.

True, Hugo Viana at a similar age as well IIRC. Yep - Viana really should have been a world beater. Wasn't suited to English football imho. Poor move for him and us. wasn't Sir Bobby deliberating between signing C.Ronaldo and Hugo Viana before going for the latter? Or is that just a myth.

yeah I really can't stand Duff. He looks far more interested playing for Fulham than he ever did up here. Should never have been signed in the first place anyway.

I dunno, he wasn't bad. Especially in the 06/07 season, where him, Saylor and the two keepers were the only ones to come out with any credit. Martins, Milner and Sibierski all had a good season tbf.

Ivory Coast should pull him from the ACN squad as well. In the meantime we'll play him in league games to try and get him back to match fitness.
