As things stand he should definetely start the Carling Cup game on Tuesday night alongside either Carroll or Lovenkrands.
-
I thought they were pretty ordinary myself. Yes, but still won 3-0, allthough the ref fucked spurs Correct decision not to give the penalty to Keane IMO. Yes, there was contact, but it was an obvious dive from him. Not to mention he's an odious little twat who has the head of a 40-year old on the body of a 20-year old. And he plays for Spurs. wp ref.
-
I was in the Gallowgate (upper) and although I could hardly see either, it was quite obvious that he had loads of space to get the header in.
-
Didn't Kinnear say that he was injured in the famous "insomnia" press conference?
-
If people stop listening to what the likes of Lawrenson says about Coloccini and actually watch him, you can see that he's a good player (albeit not in the £10m bracket). Yesterday he showed far better aerial ability than he had last season, every header he won was at the right time and he got the balance right between just heading it out for a corner or throw in and heading it to the keeper or another team mate.

Total drivel, what a f***ing stupid thing to say. Way too early to say, but if he's as good as the Dutch seem to rate him, he should be quality. There's no way that in two years he'll be as good as Given in his prime, let alone twice as good.

£8m? ul Spurs

Total drivel, what a fucking stupid thing to say.

Ah man, I hope they end up with Dawson and a centre-mid in the defence. That would fuck their season up nicely.
-
I think they will.
-
Great goal, but as I've been saying for ages, Man United won't win the league if Foster plays in >50% of their league games.
-
90% yes, will be able to confirm fully closer to the time.
-
Another mistake by Foster, well I never. Anyone who thinks he should be anywhere near ths England squad wants to have a word
-
I thought the referee yesterday was excellent btw. Can't actually remember a single call that he got wrong.
-
That Coyne lad in goal for Boro seems a shit keeper.
-
They only showed the four goals and one missed Plymouth chance, I reckon we'd have seen certainly Carroll's shot off the bar at the death and a few more if it wasn't for the fact that the Plymouth lot had been chosen to be featured by that gormless twat Clemmit.

do you really think the game changed because ranger came on ? I think Ranger helped bring on Carroll a lot more, so yes.
-
Nugent just needed a change of scenery tbh. Never was going to be a brilliant PL player but always capable of doing a job in this division, maybe 7 or 8 goals a season.

Craig Gordon is so good at getting touches on penalties but still letting them go in.
-
First goal for the club, suppose you're relieved and not arsed how it comes.
-
The queue for tickets today was quite long but was managed very efficiently by the staff, moved down quite quickly. Managed to get in for about twenty to 3
-
Baboons arse. I thought he was a coach today when I was watching them warm-up before the match, until he turned around and I realised he was a player.
-
By the way, Ryan Taylor had an excellent game at right back today after coming on, I think Coloccini was probably man of the match followed by him.
