I do think that if they wanted "the works" in terms of a tour, then they'd probably find it difficult to avoid all of the players. If they really have done the due diligence, made the bid and liked what they saw on the tour then surely signing that sales and purcahse agreement can't be too far down the line? Yeah, being serious for a moment you'd think they'd only be impressed by a tour around the facilities. They're the only thing we've got that are truly top class and need little or no work. Agreed.
