  1. I'd have Dummett and Coloccini at centre half for the short-term.
  2. He's a fucking moron. Jenas was right when he said it was confusing why this stupid tit got a standing ovation for needlessly lunging in and leaving us massively in the lurch.

    Papiss Cissé

We signed a striker who almost exclusively scored fantastic goals from nowhere, who then couldn't buy a goal, and is now banging in scruffy poachers goals.

    Paul Dummett

He did very well today, solid as fuck. I'd now move him to CB again in the absence of Kamikaze Bantaylor and reinstate Haidara.
  5. I thought he was shit again. He picked up a bit in the final 20 minutes, but his passing and awareness today was even worse than normal.
  6. Mint today, like. Some blockbuster tackles and used the ball well.
  7. The Oscar overhead kick that went about half a foot wide of the post, he just stood, watched it go past, then put his hands in the air like all "aye safe as houses" I prefer Alnwick already, at least he isn't a cunt.

    José Mourinho

Six minutes was a fucking joke. Should have been 4, and yet he claims they should have had more

    Jak Alnwick

Shite for the Drogba goal, otherwise did well enough considering. Would rather see what he's made of than endure Fat Rob.
  10. Derby, Bournemouth, Liverpool, Oxford, Sheff Utd, Preston: £2 at 32/1 All Championship 3pm teams to score: £1 at 160/1
  11. I hope you all got on the 5/1 odds offered on Blyth tonight! I had a fiver on.
  12. everybody so far (bar neesy with 1-3) has 0-2 for nufc/chelsea
  13. I'm genuinely looking forwards to watching the Gateshead and Blyth cup ties more than I am this game.
  14. We have a good home record against these and Mourinho has never won at SJP in the league. 0-2
  15. Newcastle 0-2 Chelsea Hull 2-1 West Brom Liverpool 2-0 Sunderland QPR 1-1 Burnley Spurs 1-0 Crystal Palace Stoke 0-1 Arsenal Man City 3-1 Everton West Ham 1-1 Swansea Aston Villa 1-0 Leicester Southampton 1-2 Man Utd

it worries me that you're allowed access to the internet
  17. Christ, that kick to the head from Shearer clearly caused some serious long-term damage to Lennon's brain.
  18. Ayoze had a poor half in general play, but was at the centre of our better moments; clearly a bit of good and a bit of bad is more criminal than providing absolutely nothing whatsoever (Alsoran).
  19. Abeid is definitely better than Tiote, agreed. He shouldn't take set pieces though, his crosses yesterday were so flat they wouldn't have troubled Paul Daniels at centre-back.

    Remy Cabella

You're being really selective there, he's basically saying that for a slight player he was powerful and strong in his performance.
  21. yup Itll be the same side that finished the game. With Colo in for Haidara. Sissoko and Colback will come straight back in, most likely for Ayoze and Abeid IMO.
  22. No, that's his standard game if we're honest. He does all that anyway, every single match.
  23. Fairly close range See Dave Nugent's goal for England, that's probably what I'd say is "smashed in from fairly close range".
  24. Gonna predict that it'll be Abeid and Ayoze who make way for Sissoko and Colback at the weekend. Gouffran posted another 'Lovenkrands display' where he ran around a bit and provided the sum total of absolute bugger all to the efforts of attacking and defending. Cabella really is the new Ben Arfa anarl, was just starting to show some promise after he was dropped the first time (rightly so too) and then he's dropped again
