This is also massively true, mainly due to the 'old school' people generally involved in scouting. When I first started out I was one of the youngest professional scouts in the country but there seems to have been a shift over the last year or so and I see a lot more younger faces than I used to.

If you haven't already, you should make a start on the FA Talent ID courses. The coaching courses help but the Talent ID courses are more geared towards scouting.

Only issue with freezing the tables as they are now is play-offs. You couldn’t just promote the highest ranked team below the automatic spots as that opens up a huge can of worms. Brighton have only had a card twice in the first half hour and Andre Marriner has only given one card in the first half hour of a game this season.
