I worry if we went down again that we wouldn't come back for a long time. On the other hand going down would potentially lead to Ashley leaving. If a change of ownership was guaranteed I would be ok with us getting relegated. I can't see It happening, though. So I voted no.

Elliot is a decent back up, he did well last time he was called up. But he's not on the same level as Krul. -

We're actually going to go down this season. Grim. -
there is no way that we'd go back in for him or that he'd come back here.

Disagree with this. If Sam does what he does they will be boring mid table, but the transition from relegation contenders to a mid table team is progression for Sunderland.

Welp that's one extra non-Sunderland relegation spot open. The derby is going to be grim.

I'm so envious right now. Whether he succeeds or not, you can't disagree that Klopp is on another level to Brendan Rodgers. Liverpool fans are going to be ecstatic, they've just hired one of the best managers in the world. I'm really looking forward to seeing what he can do.

That team is so bad Newcastle could probably beat them.

Well this behaviour has kept them up for the last few years, why stop?

The man is such a colossal wanker, nothing is going to remove him from FIFA. They'll have to drag his corpse out of the building when he finally dies in twenty years, or something.

He's pretty insane, isn't he? Apart from the obvious Zouma insanity, switch Kane out for Perez

Seems like a real leader on the pitch. Think we should be ok as long as he stays fit / doesn't get injured.

Thought Mbabu was ok. He's fast and can tackle. Made a few mistakes and had to be bailed out by other players, and he didn't do much going forward bar give the ball away. Promising start, hopefully he can challenge Haidara for the LB spot, and he can work a bit on his left foot. Nice to have a fullback in reserve.
