Tonight is the first time I'm getting seriously worried about not bringing anyone in. Maybe it was false optimism until now and not learning lessons from the past, but I thought we were playing the Gomis situation well. Could've seen us pursuing Thauvin too. But things have gone silent at the wrong time.

The standard on here is really high, mind. I'm doing well in every other league - loads of people - and scoring regular points and yet I'm 41st on here 56pts so far, with expected bonuses for Sturridge and Captain Walcott.

Not a traditionally good game but I enjoyed it. 2 teams with technique, movement and nice attacks. Watching Arsenal frantically defend at the end was dramatic too. Arsenal may have won but I was impressed with Spurs, they just need to create more chances.
