  1. Why exactly? Because of the fact that he's been capable of making league one players Premier League players, he's extremely underrated around here, it's unbelievable. And as for not having the right players, the Everton squad is a hell lot better than having to play Di Santo, Caldwell, McArthur, Stam, Ramis... From March til May, perhaps.
  2. Whatever is best for Arsenal, so probably a Chelsea win.
  3. How is this different to any other day? He's presenting from outside Old Trafford so he's trying extra hard.
  4. Jim White is shouting WAAAAAY too loud.
  5. That Sky Germany lass they just spoke to is lovely
  6. This PL season has been boring but I bet the next one isn't
  7. Messi has only just recovered from his piss drinking promises, so Bimpy needs to go through with this

    Alan Pardew

Whilst he's mates with Llambias and Ashley, I'm getting optimistic that Pardew will go. You don't become a billionnaire by being loyal to mates, you do it by being ruthless. He splashed out in January to stop us being dragged into a relegation battle and look where we are. He'll be pissed off and will have no qualms about sacking him, especially when the players (including Cabaye, his favourite player) have gave up on him. The only question is whether he'll find a replacement on equally low wages, or whether he's willing to pay more to ensure this never happens again.
  9. Are Moyes and Rooney mates again btw? If not, that could be interesting. Although I'm not a big fan of Moyes, I'd be really worried if I was an Everton fan. Moyes, Baines and Fellaini will all probably go. EDIT: Don't worry, just seen the Moyes/Rooney thing somewhere else.
  10. So this is it. Probably the biggest news football could ever throw at us. Feels so surreal to see this day finally come. He's been there for longer than my life, so it'll take years to get used to his departure. Don't get me wrong, he's a twat - but he's a legendary twat. The greatest manager of all time. Replacing him will be problematic, especially if its Moyes. I always thought they might want to transition with Mike Phelan before eventually getting an outsider like Mourinho, but I'd go straight for Jose if possible. Not Moyes, I've never really rated him. But wow, Fergie is actually going to retire.
  11. Daily Mirror are saying that Wayne Rooney could be joining Bayern for £30m. On the surface, this was just a random Tuesday night What the hell is going on?!?!?
  12. With Dortmund's exciting team set to be torn apart this summer, The Guardian looked at 6 other teams that were broken up too soon: http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/blog/2013/may/03/joy-of-six-teams-broke-up Ajax, Red Star, Leeds, Parma, Porto, Leverkusen
  13. Ahhhh, just noticed it's his face
  14. Ahhh dammit. Right team, wrong player.
  15. CB targets: Douglas, Abdennour, Okore, Kana Biyik, Chedjou, Isimat-Mirin, Alderweireld, Sakho
  16. I heard that Alan Curbishley will finally get a job. Perfect fit, really.
  17. Benitez vs Mourinho has even more history.
  18. Out of the blue Considering he's been manager longer than my life, I just can't imagine football without Fergie there. It'll never feel right. Bet Chelsea thought they had Mourinho too
