The Managerial Merry Go Round™ - Ancelotti to Brazil
Doctor Zaius replied to cp40's topic in Football
Surely Alex Neil has to go soon. Should be getting way more out of the Norwich squad like. -
Delighted to see the giving Cabaye pelters on that forum as well, the little shitcunt.
-
He's good that Adam Hurrey. He was running 'football cliches' on twitter originally. Pretty funny.
-
Why did Lowes quit/get the boot? I always liked him fwiw, though I may have been in the minority.
-
IMAGINE, imagine if Pardew found his way to Sunderland man
-
reppin' Shame Charlton couldnt give a flying fuck about the place like. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2307147/Sir-Bobby-Charlton-says-football-pay-tribute-sensational-Baroness-Thatcher.html

your best 11 is fairly decent and the reason i think you will get out of it somehow, plus the fact that you will have 3 or 4 teams still within reach when Hull comes around and you get ya first win. ive learned before not to write yous off, we all know it on here so i wont get excited till the end of April Best 11? Pickford Manquillo Kone Denayer Van Aanholt Cattermole NDong Borini Khazri Januzaj Defoe Doesn't fill me with much hope.. Defoe aside kirchoff? manone? i honestly think put them 2 in that team and 4th or 5th bottom easy That team should have enough to stay up imo

Will start and score V Barnsley i reckon
-
Obviously we all love a mercurial talent but if he was so great, why was he shipped back to Sporting after two seasons? He hardly had a great career thereafter either. My final memory of him was that absolutely laughable attempt at winning a header costing us a goal in the semi final against Marseille.
-
Hope he starts soon like. Needs a run of games.
-
Stumbled across this complete and utter mong fest earlier; www.wornewcastle.com. You could forgive it if it was bairns but you know its grown blokes. Looks worse than a piczo site.

Then sunday sport articles can be quite funny from time to time
-
33 goals in 84 games in his last two seasons. Not too shabby for someone who's legs had gone like...
-
16 teams to be knocked out before the group stages. Whats the point!?
-
I dont even think he was great for Hull was he? http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/hull-city-steve-bruce-concerned-mo-diame-s-form/story-29194483-detail/story.html 'Erratic campaign' is hardly a shining star in the Hull side that couldn't get top 2. Lets not forget he's been relegated from the PL twice. Not writing him off but i'm not sure why we should persist with him ahead of Perez (who admittedly has been shite for a while imo). He's 29 anarl, not exactly liable to improve.

Newcastle United promoted back to the Premier League

Mind, this is quite funny given everyone thought we'd piss it. -
The absolute worst is people posting in this thread slagging off others for talking about them. Like it or not, they're our local rivals. They're our friends, relatives, colleagues etc. A lot of us have regular dealings in real life with them so obviously they're going to be a talking point. They're always going to be a point of interest to Newcastle fans. That's the way rivalry works. If people want to talk, let them. If you think they're irrelevant/youre not interested in them at all, then don't post in the fucking Sunderland thread. Not hard is it.

 Never fails to make me laugh.

Official: Daryl Janmaat joins Watford for £7m

I dont think failed is the correct word like. It just turns out that their style is perhaps more suited to being a full back as they get older in the same way that players often start out as strikers in youth and junior teams. They're just noticed more there. Ashley Cole was a winger in his youth, you can hardly say he 'failed' at anything, he was just more suited to full back. In the same way that some players will never be suited to playing full back (Robert, Giovinco, Ben Arfa, Ritchie) -
I dont think thats fair with Given. He'd been here for many years by that point, often performing way way above what his team mates were. Year after year he was a solid, top quality keeper and year after year we were pretty much a shambles. Right in the middle of the JFK debaaccle I think he'd just had enough and wanted to move somewhere where he'd lift a trophy, rather than seeing out his career at this mess of a club through blind loyalty. Handed in a Transfer request too iirc, meaning he forfeits a sizeable bonus. Given is one of the good guys imo. Same for Krul, sad to see him go but his career has wained a little in recent years. A loan and then a return would be great, but if both parted ways it might well be mutually beneficial.

Decent enough. Would have preferred to keep, but he was fairly close to ever present in our woeful side last season. Good going forward but literally cannot defend. -
Players 'not giving a fuck' is a bit of a tired cliche thrown about when perhaps thats not really the problem but Jonjo Shelvey couldnt care less like.

We have just lost to one of the worst teams in the division like.
