His time with us has also been positive for him and the fans have reacted very well to his contribution. Plus Rafa's staying. He'll actually get playing time unlike at Barca. He started at Lyon so it'd make sense he might want to go back there I realise that, but they've fallen quite a bit behind PSG because of the money. More of sideways move tbh. Lyon is definitely a step up from Nice to be fair. They are, but he'll still be playing for a team that can only really finish second or third in their own league because of the power PSG have. He's better off moving to none of the 3 mentioned tbh as IanPardewLover says.
