Thing is, it's not a static given. There are literally hundreds of mitigating factors that can help or stop someone scoring enough goals to have an impact. You can't say that just because Perez can score more, or Cisse scored 1 in 2 last season, it outright means Mitrovic can't. It really isn't that simple. Mitrovic clearly isn't getting involved enough in our build-up play, and he certainly isn't getting anywhere near the number of chances your main striker should be getting. If he was missing chance after chance, or wasn't getting himself in good positions, I'd tend to agree that he might not be good enough yet/ever. As it is, not many strikers of his type would be getting joy the way we set our attacking play up, especially the way we've played in the last two games.
