I always got the impression that he did f*** all. He has so much backroom staff that in the end the only job left was to sit on the dugout during the game and take interviews. Aye. They're going to be lumping balls into our box every chance they get and Dummett is far better suited than Haidara whose had some real stinkers so far this season. Out of the two, Dummett is the better defender. Problem with that is if Dummett defends too narrow, we could well be leaving their crossers unmarked.
