Yup, a genuinely enjoyable England game still exists. The simple act of passing the ball with an ounce of purpose gets you places, who'd have known?

Yes we were the better side but while we're a million miles from top class, if the barometer is set at "being better than Scotland" then we really are in trouble.

Some encouraging performances. Disgrace if Johnson comes back in ahead of Clyne. Wilshere threatening to find some consistency for once.

Wow, that was brilliant from us.

Looks a good prospect that LB. How old is he?
  6. This is certainly debatable from the absolute dross the premier league has been this season. The general footballing standard is better in the Bundesliga, even if the Premier League is traditionally a more attractive proposition and able to attract better players. The Bundesliga offers a generally better standard of football with considerably less resources, I'd say.

Because he's a horrible, snide looking little cunt About time he steps up and fulfils some of his potential. Clearly got a fuckload of talent.
  8. Hope he succeeds, good on him for trying somewhere other than England.
  9. Why are the media constantly surprised that fans are unhappy when their team gets beat every week but will, shockingly enough, be happier when they're winning?
  10. He's sony yet so far to greatness.
  11. Pochettin-woe? Are you fucking kidding me?
  12. Gladbach with their first attempt on goal after 69 minutes. They'll probably equalise knowing how Dortmund's season has gone.
  13. Looks like Dortmund are all over Gladbach. Completely bewildering why they're bottom.
  14. Under Moyes he was average at best, often shit. In Moyes' last season he was horrific. Then he had his best ever run of form in Martinez's first season and got rewarded with a new deal. This season he's been back to the same old shit and is costing us points regularly again. He's just been interviewed and put it all on the players in the wall He's been a disaster zone for years now, last season aside. A good shot-stopper but his antics cost us points on a regular basis. The wall today was a total shambles. We fought back but that's yet more points dropped. Martinez can talk about "incredible spirit" as much as he likes, but it's another poor result. Just as I thought we were getting back on track this season, 2 points from Swansea and Sunderland is nowhere near good enough. Europe is our saving grace at the moment.
  15. He's a character. Rarely a game goes by without him doing something zany. He's got the Neuers about him.
  16. We are the masters of attacking without actually doing much. Should have won but yet again we look scared shitless whenever the ball comes near our box.
  17. Basically because the league is boring, they need to think of something else that will fill column inches and moronic punditry on garbage like Sunday Supplement. And here we have "Chelsea can go unbeaten". Who knows, they might. But them talking about it just illustrates the lack of other talking points available.
