  1. As mentioned in the other games today thread, the Real Madrid match was set up perfectly for a 2-0 boring win. So that's what I went for. Other double was nowhere near like.
  2. All right there Pards. Stevenage are a good, good team so we'll go there and look to make sure they don't get a head of steam going. Keep it tight, nick a goal.
  3. Banana skin written all over this. Under strength team (albeit 9 players injured doesn't help), dodgy weather, lower league opposition at home. Certainly think we'll concede, we usually do. Should still have too much but it doesn't work like that.
  4. Watford aside this has been a really shite half of FA Cup ACTION.
  5. Real Madrid are on currently for anyone interested. 0-0 so far, Real and Ronaldo have been dire so far. Probably a boring 2-0 win in the end.
  6. That's where he's at! Get in. Love me some Gash.
  7. Not going deep on FA Cup ties. Just gone for a double of Southampton and BTTS / Toure anytime.

If you were 16th, you would want to be higher. Try to argue that one. Checkmate.

Lad at work (Man Utd fan, surprisingly) is making a massive issue of this. I have some sympathy but as far as I'm concerned, the 2 advantages cancel each other out - Sunderland have 30 minutes extra to get a goal that counts double, but Man Utd have 30 minutes more in front of their home fans. Besides, after 180 minutes if you haven't beaten the other team decisively, then obviously there isn't much between the teams and you can have few complaints about getting knocked out on away goals be it after 90 or 120 minutes. Tough shit.
  10. They're all problem areas, that's what's so ace . True, true. Neither Mata or potentially Shaw would be solutions to their biggest problems, though: CM and CB.
  11. I haven't seen him play really since when he was at Basel but is Granit Xhaka still at Gladbach? Yeah. Dire tonight, but generally doing well.
  12. Moyes was at the Gladbach-Bayern game.

Oh I remember Wireside. Masterplan, right? A genuinely unstable individual. I hope he sought help.
  14. Good thing it was 2-1 FT then.
  15. Pretty boring night for me on the betting front in the end. 1 bet up, 1 down. Fuck you, Patrick Herrmann. The German.
  16. That's pretty fucking unlucky RK.
  17. Not going to be my night I think. Gladbach have missed a couple of easy chances and hit the post twice. Brentford have just missed a simple one on one.
