  1. Head over to the match thread now folks: http://www.newcastle-online.org/nufcforum/index.php/topic,95093.0.html
  2. Medium stake on Chelsea -1/Man City -1 Small stake on win/BTTS combined for Southampton and Man City.
  3. Main double for Chelsea and Man City both over 1.5 goals
  4. Bruce apparently getting absolutely slated on his arrival today.
  5. Giroud goes off after 59:50 0 points I believe. Grim.
  6. Have no idea how it's taken the ref that long to book Wilshere.
  7. Vital 3 games coming up for my Bale bet. He's on 8 currently, need 7 more in about 17 games. Ronaldo out the next 3 games. Last game Bale played and Ronaldo didn't, he scored 3. Really frustrating currently, keeps picking up niggly injuries keeping him out for a game or 2. Apparently fit to play tonight.
  8. I hope this'll be Hall of Fame material, consistently mint.
  9. Eyeing up Sunderland, Man City, Chelsea -1 treble. Perhaps Sunderland DNB.
  10. Farcical decision to send him off vs Allardyce being miserable. Balancing act.
  11. Tempted by a side bet on 2-1 Gladbach as well. Was torn between 2-1 and my original bet, but went for my instinct.
  12. Would be a bizarre move if he went for him. Then again Fellaini was the polar opposite of the player they needed for central midfield, so I wouldn't put it past him.
  13. Odd that he's going/being forced out this soon. Thought he'd at least stay another year. He clearly isn't as good as he was (though IMO I never rated him as an especially brilliant player as such, albeit a very good one) but if it's Man Utd's choice then I'm confused by this. They're really struggling in that area. Evans, Jones and Smalling to varying degrees aren't good enough - at least not currently.
  14. Gladbach/Leverkusen draw with BTTS @ 7/2. Not a heavy stake, think the odds are long though for what should be a very even contest.
  15. GW25 Liverpool 2-2 Arsenal Aston Villa 0-0 West Ham Chelsea 3-1 Newcastle Crystal Palace 1-0 West Brom Norwich 0-2 Man City Southampton 3-1 Stoke Sunderland 2-1 Hull Swansea 2-1 Cardiff Tottenham 2-2 Everton Man Utd 2-0 Fulham
  16. My view on this, fairly or unfairly, is it's a desperate attempt to slightly appease the fans. News of people genuinely jacking in season tickets might have made Ashley at least do something, perhaps?
  17. Assume it's already been mentioned but jeez, what a miss Fernandinho was tonight. Or indeed a vaguely competent central midfielder to partner Toure.
  18. Neil

    José Mourinho

He's both a) one of the finest managers and b) one of the finest hypocrites in the game. To me though it's pretty clear what he does is to take attention away from his players. Seems to work well too.
  19. BTTS in Samp-Genoa, Villarreal over 1.5 goals double.
  20. Hah, you failed to capitalise on a good situation by doing absolutely fuck all in the January transfer window! - An Everton fan, on a Newcastle forum, talking to a Liverpool fan http://www.vgmemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/weve-become-that-feel-bro.jpg
