  1. Herrmann - one of the many apparently good players playing for teams competing for 3rd-6th in their respective leagues therefore must be linked with a move to a 'bigger' club - has been fucking atrocious.
  2. Neil

    Sunderland

Wasn't he going to be mint once upon a time?
  3. 3 games just over half an hour in, 1 game at HT. All one favourable goal away from coming in. Only a start mind, could all go dead now. Gladbach goal as expected proving to be the most difficult element, though they did well at the end of the first half.
  4. So helpless they hit the post and almost equalised.
  5. Gladbach look helpless here. 3rd in the table, 2 points dropped at home all season and they look helpless. Bayern are absurd.
  6. Disturbing level of Bayern domination so far.
  7. Also gone for Brentford over 1.5 / Linfield over 2.5 double.
  8. This is 12/1 with William Hill currently as a special. Dunno if that's the best price or not.
  9. Gladback/Bayern BTTS Arsenal to score over 2.5
  10. No Ribery for Bayern, Robben on the bench. I don't massively fancy it but Gladbach +1 @ 9/5 might not be too bad. Sticking with BTTS.
  11. Oh I wasn't successful, that's for sure. Always look for the value, man. Sticking with that philosophy and I haven't gone far wrong.
  12. I was hardly the worst gambler on here like you cheeky get. I wasn't great - nor am I now - but I got some fucking bad beats. Shit like 2 winning bets about to come in as of the 90th minute totalling £400 up, then both losing in injury time. That doesn't leave your mind. But yeah, I've started thinking about my bets a hell of a lot more and shockingly enough that's correlated with much more profitable times.
  13. Fucking millions. Erm, about £500 up. Annoyingly I haven't got a full record from the start of the season, though I'm going to go back at least to the start of 2014 and keep a record for this year. Definitely been a good month so far. Some of this season's winnings mind have been re-invested in longer-term bets (e.g. Henderson to make the WC squad). If the Bale bet comes in then it'll almost certainly have been a very good season. In a way I'm annoyed I'm not more up, a couple of my bigger bets I put on with winnings from a previous bet didn't come off. For some reason the proportion of bets I win with similar odds but a smaller stake is higher vs similar bets with higher stakes (i.e. from previous bet winnings). Frustrating.
  14. Gladbach v Bayern should be decent tonight for anyone after a Friday football fix.
  15. This was definitely the most telling theme of the performance. Yeah, De Gea made a clanger but the tactics were absurd. There was a clear, conscious strategy to camp very deep against Sunderland. Sunderland. At home. No wonder Sunderland gained confidence as the game went on, and for my money fully deserved their place in the final.
  16. Haven't looked at a betting site since Sunday, none of the midweek games really appealed. Genuinely shocked to see so many people go for Man Utd. Absolutely awful odds. Those who went for Sunderland are a bit unlucky as they qualified in the manner where if you went with a pro-Sunderland bet (apart from simply Sunderland to go through) you'll have lost most likely.
  17. Man Utd camping on their own 18 yard line throughout the game vs Sunderland at home. Tells you everything about where they're currently at.
  18. Mata is obviously a great player, but whether it's a great signing I'm not so sure. Surely a commanding, quality central midfielder and a centre-half are more pressing issues?
  19. This was genuinely used as an excuse from a mate at work tonight. Fans are starting to crack. Loving it.
  20. That was pretty fucking dire.
