Anyway 'big chris', the message here is you need to think long and hard about your actions. Don't be so reckless next time.

Shouldn't the second "other" be pluralised?
  3. I'd expect better from you. How much time do you spend on this forum like? The vitriolic hatred he gets from this corner of the footballing world is totally justified if you ask me. Rich, gutless little scrotum. Plenty more fish in the sea mate.
  4. That sounds pretty awful, from the outside. I know the connotations of it being Raul, but howay man, it's your own country. Unless you see the Barca-Madrid rivalry as that politically divisive, as in Catalonia not actually being Spain?
  5. I like Jonas & Coloccini and have an affiliation with the World Cup through them representing Newcastle. I don't like Terry, A.Cole, Ferdinand and half a dozen other pricks who make up the England side. But I want my country to win above any other. Recognising the fact we have some twats would never, ever change that. I can see why you would want Argentina to do well.
  6. That wasn't a dip of a rod either - just seems it's been a while now. Found it quite sad for this thread to be updated whenever anything at all happened to him. I can entirely see why he comes across as a huge twat, but still.
  7. Yeah, seems odd. I can see where some of you are coming from though. I would expect it to be pretty hard to feel anything for a side with Cashley, Terry, Gerrard, etc. in it. It's a lot easier to like the guys on the US squad and feel a togetherness with the other fans. True. We have a fair quota of arses but I still really want them to win it. Part of it is the WC as an event; I'll probably be watching all the games, depending on when I'm able to like.
  8. Never understood people not wanting their own country to do well.
  9. Isn't it time to move on now?
  10. Me too But it's boring winning small numbers My advice would be to look at Leagues 1 and 2 more closely. You get better odds and I find more predictable games. Definitely - I've found thus far this year since I have been making more realistic bets, those 2 leagues have been good. You get the odd freak result like anywhere but it's a bit more predictable than other divisions.
  11. Me too But it's boring winning small numbers £40-£50 is a canny tidy sum in my books like. But it's more fun to stick asmaller stake and more teams on.
  12. I'm not an expert but I sense I know why you're not winning. Good luck like.
  13. Howay Captain Optimism, spill the beans.
  14. Aye, I like it. As for me, I fancy a 10er treble, not sure who. Which means I'll add a 4th team and they'll screw it up.
  15. Whatever I try, I still can't make Hull finish 7th.
  16. Freddy Adu - what the fuck happened to him? Also, any leads on Bojan Djordjic, Cherno Samba and Daniel Braaten would be helpful.

Whilst I'd obviously take Defoe, I'm not positive him and Rooney can hit it off as a pairing. Not really sure about their record together, could be entirely wrong.

Beat 4-0. Fecking useless bunch of tossers. The Darren Fletcher own goal from 20 yards was the last straw for a depressed Hampden crowd. When Karel Poborsky knocked in his second of the evening the boos were deafening. The way he ghosted past Gough was classic Poborsky.

My main concern admittedly with Crouch is not who he scores against, but the fact Pav has got ahead of him at Spurs.

This. He's like the English Pancrate. Ermm... he err, yeah. Absolutely.

Crouch has to go to the WC. Doesn't mean I'd start him.

Or we'll meet a decent team who'll put us to the fucking sword. I prefer to see it as one of our worst performances under Capello and we beat the best African team 3-1, coming from behind.
