Yeah, seems odd. I can see where some of you are coming from though. I would expect it to be pretty hard to feel anything for a side with Cashley, Terry, Gerrard, etc. in it. It's a lot easier to like the guys on the US squad and feel a togetherness with the other fans. True. We have a fair quota of arses but I still really want them to win it. Part of it is the WC as an event; I'll probably be watching all the games, depending on when I'm able to like.

Me too But it's boring winning small numbers My advice would be to look at Leagues 1 and 2 more closely. You get better odds and I find more predictable games. Definitely - I've found thus far this year since I have been making more realistic bets, those 2 leagues have been good. You get the odd freak result like anywhere but it's a bit more predictable than other divisions.

My main concern admittedly with Crouch is not who he scores against, but the fact Pav has got ahead of him at Spurs.
