Unless they win by 4 or more, like. More chance in a Houghton return You don't believe in 'tempting fate' then? If it happens I want you banned. I'm putting that out now, and I like you oldtype, but I will solely place the blame on you if we get shafted. -

I'd have Hammill tbh:) Only on our scouts recomendation though, yeah?
-
You his agent or something?

What do you think of your CBs atm? Vermaelen is obviously a class act but he's injured atm. I actually rate Djourou as your next best CB ahead of the other 2 fairies, which is bad in itself. So I'd go Vermaelen - Djourou when all were fit, but like you say Wenger should go for a new one. He says from English football so who could it be? Jageilka? Cahill? Samba? Hangeland? I'd say Jagielka would be a good talker to have at the back but then the rest of your backline are all francophone. Also still think you needs a keeper.
-
Screw him. Sign Hammill for the same money!
-
Sounds like what I've thought of him every game he's played. He'll piss that division IMO.
-
Yeah he is all of them.

What like the 'contact us' page on Everton's website? No.
-
Yeah, worth every penny just for that tbh

junkhead is absolutely spot on. I find it difficult to fathom the words to describe just how shit Alan Smith is. -
Sven has some unnervingly good connections like.
-
Apparently when Plymouth scored their second they had 8 men on the pitch. 1 sent off, 1 injured and another changing boots at the sideline
-
Was that before or after Plymouth scored in the first minute tonight? Huddersfield 3-2 up and it's not even half time http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_div_2/9354110.stm Absolutely nee way that possession stat can be right.

Cannit even take a throw-in.

So it is definitely off then? Are we taking Radio Newcastle's word on this one?

Not sure what to make of this. Krul had a poor game, of that there is no doubt, but isn't part of the manager's job to instil confidence in his players going forward? I can't see him referring to Harper as 'the goalkeeper' and effectively saying he's not good enough for the club. Fuck me, that's horrendous. Just seen this. Stu's right, it's not just bad management it's fucking disgraceful. How can he single out Krul (without even using first name or second name terms like he does with seemingly everybody else) for that abomination of a display. Why not single out the uselessnes of the forwards to hold the ball? or his captain's inability to take grip of the game? or Alan Smith's inability to resemble anything close to a footballer? Fair enough if he'd been directly asked about Krul, then his comments would have been acceptable (although still not exactly great management imo), but to do it out of context like that and in that manner is shocking imo. Borderline bullying. Maybe I'm reading too much into it but I don't think that sounds great whatsoever.

It was because paperwork wise a loan deal was far easier to complete than a permanent transfer wasn't it? Seem to remember we proceeded to complete it permanently that night. -
For what it's worth I was genuinely told that stuff by a lad who works for Birmingham. Truthfully though I was about as confident in it from the start as as you lot were.
