Probably one of the shittest games of top flight football I've ever seen in terms of the standard of play. Good defending has totally and utterly gone out of the window over the last 10 years or so, and it doesn't really make games better spectacles to be honest. Not too surprising though. Giovinco is extremely talented. Just a combination of his tiny stature and bad decision-making meaning he never quite had enough to make it at Juve as a first choice. He was brilliant at smaller sides where the team was built around him. In MLS, which is a naive league tactically/defensively, he has time and space to take the piss at what is basically the peak years of his career. He looks like a total ringer playing for Toronto, which you probably couldn't say about any other DP player previously.
