  1. Late contender for best ITK of 2015.
  2. Happy for him, hope he does well as I liked him as a player. Of course it's too soon to judge whether he's going to be the real deal.
  3. Would prefer to be shot in the left knee cap by far, it would actually be one of the easiest decisions I could think of. Fuck having my better knee shot to bits.
  4. http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11669/10085264/liverpool-pay-more-agents-fees-than-manchester-united-manchester-city-and-chelsea Still paying a relative ton in agent fees versus where we figure in the table.
  5. Ah so you're stating the fucking obvious again. Everybody knows giving Colo a new deal was a fucking disaster and they did at the time, doesn't mean Mbemba was a bad signing in isolation. Of course everyone knows players aren't signed for their suitability anymore but again you're stating the fucking obvious like it's a Newsnight/Panorama/X Files Special.
  6. I like what you did there. Really wish I'd gone for "Drivel" now tbh, but I was in a hurry.
  7. Ah the rumour that surfaces every 6 months. Almost as often as the Carroll one.
  8. It's like any tedious opinion on here, the wrong person gets in early then tries to ram it down everyone's throats ad nauseum for months on end while they get excited they might be proven right eventually. Nobody gives a shit, man. Tedious Contrary Drabness.

Exactly this there's no way I'd put myself in the limelight and be subject to the abuse that this piece of shiit gets for 250 quid a day f*** that What abuse is he getting other than a few people calling him little Mike and Penfold on the internet? I could take that for £80k a year. I've only been at work for an hour this morning and someone's already called me a c*nt. Rough, that like.
  10. I think I'm past caring to be honest, the situation's completely toxic. Cracks were papered over for many years due to the manager's main interest in keeping his newly salvaged personal reputation intact. It's actually getting really boring now, veering from one awful losing streak to the next with no end in sight.

  12. He spent next to nowt overall like, don't think it's a myth unless my memory's failing me. They went 2-3 years without spending any money on a permanent transfer at one point. There was the odd splurge on the likes of Fellaini but that was generally offset with huge fees for the likes of Rooney, Lescott, etc every year or 2. The best estimate I could find was a net spend of £5.6m over 11 years, which is absolutely nowt compared to the sides he was consistently finishing around. That's my point though, obviously they didn't spend much overall but they did trust him to buy big every now and then. Before this summer we didn't even come close to doing that. In terms of the fee that was almost a one-off on deadline day when they had incoming transfer money burning a hole in their pocket IIRC. They obviously ended up doubling their money on him as well, when he left.
  13. while I agree I'm not sure how much even organisation can cover for the fact colo is well past his peak, mbemba is adapting to a new league janmaat can't defend and we have no senior left back worth mentioning Well, the point in change soon would be to allow the new manager to have input on who comes in in January too and Moyes would know what is needed. One thing he's always been able to put out is a team that can physically compete. It's quite funny though. Do you really need to hire an old fashioned manager to do that? Just buy a couple of decent big centre backs and centre midfielders who aren't slow paced midgets. Suddenly the likes of Allardyce are being reinvented as wise old heads simply because they know how to not get relegated. No, I agree, and Moyes wouldn't be my preference but I think he's likely to be who we go for that's all. Whether he'd entertain Ashley is another question obvs. It'll all be too late anyhow, we're done, it'd take ludicrous form in the second half of the season to rescue this shitshow. It really wouldn't, we're 5 points off 14th amongst other teams that aren't picking up many points.
  14. Would be an absolutely terrible choice. Would take no responsibility whatsoever while taking us down then shuttling off with his big pay-off and media darling reputation left pretty much intact. That said, you can't rule it out

I'm not sure that would be considered a positive.
  17. Think that's me finished going to games like, home or away. Been given a couple of tickets to the boxing day game so will take my dad to that, but after that man howay. Today was depressing, was totally unexpected delight when we scored, followed by a quick collapse, followed by humiliation. Watched barely half an hour of it from my seat. Done for now. Not even worth going for the sake of seeing your mates at the pub.
  18. Would probs have a canny sell-on value at that age tbf.
