It's a daft thing to say regardless. It's incredibly negative in a way that indicates he's already lining his excuses up when we need some real bullish positivity heading into a run of seemingly winnable fixtures. It doesn't even touch Pardew's top 100 worst quotes but it's an ill-advised thing for a manager to say. Will hardly have Norwich quaking in their boots for a start.

If/when we sell this guy I'll be monumentally pissed off. Shows I still care a bit I suppose.

He said he'd know where the team was after ten games to be fair We are doomed Would be funny if he came out after 10 games and went "Aye fair do's, we're fucked".

His air of positivity's long gone

Always worked a treat with Shola.

These Ings are sent to try us.

Ronaldo's been calling him manager material for a long time IIRC.

Because they always know better, despite the mountain of evidence to the contrary. Fucking morons.

Well we dunno. Doubt he'd sue them just for the sake of looking like a tit.

The whole thing stinks to high heaven, he has clearly been treated like absolute shit by the club and has been very pissed off about it since. Wouldn't be surprised if the club were the ones spreading the rumours that another appearance would incur an additional fee to Mallorca, when one pre-season saw him go from first name on the team sheet (wrongly, but that's by the by here) to nowhere near the first team picture. There is absolutely no precedent that would allow you to give the club the benefit of the doubt on anything now, they're arseholes and this will end up being yet another example of it.

Deserves the benefit of the doubt the next 6 games or else there was no point appointing him. Need 10 points minimum from those games. If we sacked him after one more game it's not as if we'd appoint a good manager sharpish and experience any sort of bounce. If it's looking ropey after next 2 games they should be sounding out other managers out though. I'll only believe we're knackered if we fuck up the next 6 games. -
Confirmed.

Read that as the police had decided to release the sex tape

There is only a finite amount of ICW content for one to consume.

That says more about you than any LFC fan.

Only saw the original thread title on Tapatalk. In terms of what I want I'm not really that arsed. If it meant getting rid of Ashley it would be a categorical yes, but I don't think it necessarily would at all. I don't really enjoy seeing us in the Premier League and enjoyed the Championship season more, but regardless I can't ever get enthusiastic about the idea of getting relegated. Whatever happens I'll continue viewing and commenting on NUFC in the same poisonously cynical way I've been forced to for years.

I still think we'll be alright tbh If we don't get 10 points or more from the next 6 games we're fucked, mind.

How long's Darlow out for?
