Also his reputation was shot before we gave him a chance out of nowhere. He has no excuses now he can't fall back on Ashley being the reason for his ineptitude. To say he's going to go onwards and upwards now is speculative, he's been flavour of the month before and he fucked it because he's a shit manager and a fucking arsehole.
-
It's bollocks. Why is now the cut-off point when we all know it always unravels big-style, usually around 18 months into his tenure. He's done nothing he hasn't done before and the media's view on it is fucking meaningless.

I mean I really don't see what's so bad there. It's not like he's saying he's unhappy here and wants away, but to read the reactions here you would think he's banging on the manager's door for a transfer. He says something that implies he wants away around once a month. If that was the only quote you might have a point, but it isn't and you don't.

OK just had a quick look, Optimistic Nut is at least one example

Piss off man, it happens all the time

Some people take this thread well seriously.

Nah I just liked the comparison.

"Not since December have they came from behind to win a game". Little things like that annoy me, when they're stated as if they're new. We went about 2 years not doing that under the previous manager IIRC, us going behind has meant we're almost always going to get beat for at least 4 years now and once again Pardew's getting off scot-free.

Man City 6-1 Newcastle - 03/10 - Post match reaction from p. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If that offside call had been Man City versus Chelsea then it would have been a national talking point all week, even if Chelsea somehow managed to ship 6 goals afterwards. It wasn't, so it isn't. This is why it's getting more difficult to like football, any minor grievance on behalf of the rich sides is highlighted and everything else is swept under the carpet. See Ben Arfa getting his leg broken as the result of a savage challenge and numerous other incidents down the years. It's not a level playing field on or off the pitch. -
He'd be best off going abroad now, if he doesn't want his career to die a death.

Who was the last player we even signed from a Premier League club for a fee? We largely don't do it anymore.
-
We're constantly linked with buying back players who used to play for us but we never do, not least because they're generally too old by then or on wages that are too much or have too high a fee etc.

Not one TCD post is made that doesn't reference or imply his own superior wisdom. Even something like that. Unbelievable.

If I see one more unbalanced side from that unrealistic wanker Crooks, I will flip a fucking lid. If he thinks his daft Uncle Ben is scathing then he's in for a shock.
-
Yeah but how many games we won since Pardew left?
-
Fuck off, Barry

Liverpool fans are all so fucking weird.

His wife won't be able to move for flowers once the compo comes in.

Ignore performances for a moment, I've never had any time for players or their representatives regularly saying to the press they want to leave. Same reason I quickly got pissed off with Ba.

Becoming a once a month job, this. Wish he'd fuck off.

What a pointless thing to read.

Shit sorry, I mean watch them.

Nah there'll be bairns reading this no doubt. Fuck 'em.
