That phrase "head it to where it came from" is hilariously stupid like, I'd have been perplexed if Cisse had headed that back to Coloccini. -

Very well put, there's a few like that on here except most of them don't make any sense whatsoever.

Hmm yeah but by the same token, he's been completely useless this season which is either a blip or the start of a decline.

One of my big concerns (and this is admittedly becoming a bit of a cliche on here) is that he appears to have started well at all of the clubs he's been at before completely losing the plot and leaving the club in a right mess. I'd always feared that this was largely down to him talking a good game which will only last so long if there is not a lot of substance there to back it up. This is the next thing that I need him to prove me wrong on, the fact that I don't really like him aside I'd really like him to do so as it would save us changing manager, etc. Let's hope the board never leave him short again, and that that was the main reason he was shit this season, and that it's a coincidence his previous jobs have fizzled out. All of this is possible and I hope so but we'll see.

We've played fantastically well all season and every NUFC fan should be lining the streets queuing up to give the man a deeply apologetic rimjob.

Yuuup. Quotes all read to me as following: Newcastle will have to have one helluva squad to achieve anything in the next 7.5 years I hope the f***er wasn't implying that we have been on his back this season? He's got to be aware that he's been getting stick away from match time. This forum is proof of that. If you mean that he's been given a decent time of it by the supporters during the matches then yes I'd agree. The press too have been ok generally. This forum is absolutely not a good indication IMO, I know a few in real life who have been very peeved without going fucking mental but patience this season on the whole appears to have been extraordinarily high. Or in other words he has nothing to whinge about whatsoever on that score, due to a combination of generally lowered expectations and good grace lingering from last season's fantastic effort he has had hardly any fan discontent to contend with this year.

2 Wins? Llambias has been saying the same stuff and has quietly gone about building a pretty impressive squad for more than 2 years now. Besides the stadium naming farce, he's done pretty well on the supporter side too in regards to the family enclosure, charity/foundation malarkey, and the regular ticketing deals. I think that's what people judge him on. Not the 2 wins. Get your tongue out of his hoop man.

Who do Inter Milan share with then?

The press probably read places like here and see for some unknown reason that people actually want him back. I did want him back, I'm not sure if I do anymore. If those daft cunts start digging up old posts of mine I'll see the fuckers in court.

So... Why did he sign it? Personal problems not evident at that time and he was prepared to see out the contract, see above. Nope, it was reported that the problems were already evident iirc at the time he signed. Doesn't say that in the interview.
