  1. Shit, the scum are 1-0 up. Carl Cort has just scored for Brentford, I thought he died or something.
  2. Let him go, and get Kilgallon in, we can't afford his wages, and even though he's got better this season, I still don't know weather or not he would be good enough for the Premiership.
  3. Whats with Boro finding out how to win? Yeeeeeeeeeeeees, WBA have been pulled back.
  4. If that was us, that would be the whole sports section of every newspaper already filled for tomorrow, no room for match reviews, the Toon army are boioing and want their manager out.
  5. Use the A19 instead of the A1, fsss, just come into Newcastle from the East instead of West.
  6. ? I think it's pretty nailed on that the midfield tonight will be Guthrie, Nolan, Smith, Jonas. Apart from Jonas, I don't see much pace there mate. It is compared with Derby's.
  7. Probs a bit chilly, theirs been no snow since before the Boro game, so I see no reason at all of any threat of it being called off.
  8. Our midfield pace should be able to rip theirs apart, if Nolan plays in the centre or even behind the strikers, and we have Jonas on one wing, and either Pancrite or R Taylor on the other then I can't seem their midfielders catching anyone else other then Butt or Smith, meaning we will be free to create chances throughout the game. Well that is atleast the theory. I do think if we get going, get out of 2nd gear then we will create many chances and be able to put a few past them, so my prediction is a close 1-0.
  9. Merry xmas fellow Zebra Magpie fans.
  10. I agree with the WBA are tiring of going up and down, always nice to give another team a chance, though I doubt WBA are going to think that. Would be a different matter if it was us though.
  11. Apperently Celtic want Kilgallon, fuck off you bible bashers, he's our, just like the little boy is the priests. Anyway, I do agree that we should get rid of Geremi for a couple of other players, getting rid of Butt would be great, but they won't let him go, he's too good to let go in their eyes. I beleive we should extend the loan of Simpson, while we areat it, get him to sign a pre-contract with us aswell. Harewood would also be worth extending on loan, he's starting to hit some ofrm, and if he doesn't sign for us he's just going to go to a promotion rival, I'd rather him get the goals for us then WBA or Forest. I think the 2 'proper' deals are going to be Kilgallon, and Cathcart (or whatever his name is at Watford). I can't see Watford being able to afford his wages for another 5-6 month's, so I think Man Utd would rather let him go.
  12. It's mainly down to the Lower class liking football, and the middle class liking rugby theory.
  13. I got bored, so I decided to take an interest and see what Rangers fans were up to, since they are my Scottish team, anyway, I came across a thread about this game, and I couldn't help but laugh at the 2nd post. http://dothebouncy.com/smf/index.php?topic=20792.0
  14. I went for us, WBA, and Cardiff, though I would prefer it to be us, Cardiff and Doncaster (no chance), or more realistically us, Cardiff, and Forest.
  15. They really do take the piss, they joked about him pissing himself and possbily dying when he was our manager, now they are trying to claim he was one of them, and that we taunted and spat on him, is it any wounder why we hate them so much?
  16. It's disgracefull that in this day and age that a top flight game should be called off for a little bit of bad weather, surely the local council would of relised and put grit out on the roads, and nearby paths for the game, if it's not common sence to do it in anyway. I must give credit to NCC making sure that both roads and paths around Newcastle were gritted for the game to go ahead yesterday. I also think it should now be a Premier League requirement to have a stadium with undersoil heating and covering to stop snow fall from postponeing games.
  17. Strange, I though technically half of Tyneside was north of Newcastle, then you have Blyth, Bedlington, Ashington, Morpeth, Widdrington, Amble, Newbiggin, Alnwick, Bamborogh, and Berwick to say the least.
  18. Yes, I witnessed it, their was one chair thrown, I only saw one, but their may of been more. This promted the police to go into the Boro crowd, and also further down into our section of the Leazers stand. Their was people saying it was only a shoe or jacket, but it was by my own eyes a chair, and it was confirmed by a steward after the game when I asked him that it was indeed a chair.
  19. Why is it that it seems their is atleast one new thread about us on that forum a day?, I mean they might get mentioned here once or twice in all ready existing threads, but we very rarely make one for them. Don't they have anything better to do then to keep on watching everything that we do? Quite honestly, I couldn't give a fuck what they say, think, or discuss about us, they keep looking for meaningless facts to make them better then us, and it always fails to be honest, the fact that eveything they do has to be compared to what we do, have done, or could do just stinks of patheticness. If they are going to take more interest in then their own team, then they should get their backsides to SJP and get over with.
  20. That specific incident for West Ham was definitely offside, there was only the one Chelsea player (the one on the line) covering when the shot was hit. And I'm pretty sure I am correct with what I posted earlier. I've always been under the impression that the goalkeeper also has to be ahead of the attacker, time for someone to check the rule book.
  21. No, their has to be a goalkeeper and a defender ahead of the attacker, I'm pretty sure Chealsea still had 2 defenders ahead of the attacker.
  22. 20 Points clear of Boro we are, 20, I don't even think the most optomistic of supportes would of thought that, 20 points behind, but not ahead.
  23. Probably pissed off that they haven't got a real derby match unless they play the Springfield Isotopes. Well they can go down an play Hartlepool next year if they wish.
