Or we've played them twice and we play them because they're a useful outfit at a similar level to us. They have shown that they are a better team than us.

Really came out of his 'shell' since Big Sam left. Not surprisingly. Rated that lad for a couple of years. He was their best player when they came up here earlier in the season. Me too, he's a good play maker. He wasn't really allowed to roam much with Fat Sam in charge, Blackburn were probably the worst choice of Premiership club he could have gone too. I would love to see what he could create with a half decent well attacking team around him.

Why the fuck do they keep setting up friendlies with Denmark?, since the World Cup in 2002 they must have beaten us 3 times or something like that. Theirs other countries in the world to play against apart from fucking Denmark.

I would hate to see him come back to English football. He's just as bad as Wenger for moaning and complaining, not to mention the games that have been called off for other reasons whenever he has someone injured. He's the sort of guy who if his team parked the team coach on the goal line he would still come out and say that his team was by far the better team and worthy of a win or at least a draw.

I'd laugh my ass off if Virgin media out bid them for the next set of rights, or even ESPN.

The ball was there to be won, he didn't go in two footed, he didn't go in studs showing, he didn't go in high. Get a grip Arsenal, you goal was offside (I've seen them complain it was onside), our best goal was onside (them claiming it was offside after), you did give away two penalties, soft but penalties by the letter of the law. You blew a 4 goal lead, Newcastle over the game were actually the better team, and could have and maybe should have won. Arsenal, count yourselves lucky you didn't lose.

The thing is Sky have shot themselves in the foot. It's their high prices the charge to pub that has put pub landlord/landladies into the arms of foreign channels. Had they have charged a reasonable price then this would never have happened. No pub can really afford to pay the price for Sky, unless every pint was £5 and the pub was packed out all day not just during one game. Surely they would make money from pubs if they charged something like £100 a month for Skysports, instead of £1,000's, since more pubs would be able to it.

Thats a way to say he's still on the books, but he doesn't get paid, but they are waiting for him to quit so they don't have to pay him any money. It's a strange one, they did start off well and haven't really gained any sort of consistent form, but still it's a strange one. i would have thought that they would have been fairly happy that they are not in the relegation zone and stand a chance of staying up. I thought on 'Gardening Leave' you were still paid... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garden_leave Usually, but I'm sure they we get around it somehow.

At home we do, but not away, which is quite odd. Our record against Blackburn in our last 5 seasons in the Premiership (not including this one as we haven't played twice yet) is: Home - Win - 1 - Draw - 0 - Loss - 4 Away - Win - 2 - Draw - 1 - Loss - 2 We've continued our terrible record at home against Blackburn this season, lets hope our away record continues as well and we'll have a good chance. Looks like we are set for a draw then.

Ian Dowie, Mr Romantic, to be appointed a week tomorrow? :dowie: :dowie: :dowie: :dowie: :dowie: :dowie: I'd be putting money on it.
-
Still 2-0, the fact that Carroll is out for a while, if not the rest of the season, and that we have proved we can score without him has gone against them.
-
For the record though, isn't usually about now when Dowie shows his face?
-
Could you honestly see them staying up with his tactics, they don't know how to play Fat Sam tactics, he would need to change the whole squad, and I don't think he would do enough to bring them back up.
-
I'm pretty sure they would prefer to be a yo yo club than an average Championship team.

Decent on FM, thats all that counts.

To be fair they will ask that question after every game that has goals in it containing at least one of the Sky 6.

I haven't seen much in Rangers game to suggest he'd be effective on the wing. Not to mention just how daft it would be to drop Barton. Actually I would see how that would develop, with Nolan going back in the middle, Ranger behind Best and Barton on the wing if it didn't work out. Can we not just start like that? Don't ask me, ask Pardew.

Routledge scores for QPR again, though it was yesterday, well Friday.

Aye, Rosicky pushed him. I forgot his name.
-
He scores an OG and gets sent off on his debut?
-
Williamson was battling to get above the guy in front of him to get the ball. The guy who pushed him wasn't the guy he was battling.
-
He pushed him in and off the ball incident taking him away from the ball, how is it not a pen?
