For what it’s worth, on the same day we first saw plenty of tickets available come up on resale, other clubs also had the same issue, including Leeds who’s ticket demand is possibly more than ours. Man Utd had plenty of tickets available in the build up to our game for days beforehand. I know because my step brother was able to get his Man Utd supporting girlfriend a few tickets. They were even offering to get me some tickets. It’s not unique to us at this time of year.

Something should be done about that stadium to be honest. Just sell it to them on the condition that they rebuild a proper football stadium. Take the burdon off the tax payer, and give a club some dignity back.

No. If I had the money I’d be in Canada getting to some games considering that I have family over there. No, I don’t like the politics and what is happening in the USA, but you can say that about the last 2/3 World Cups. You also have to remember that there is 2 other countries hosting the games as well.

I think it’s quite clear that FIFA will sanction anything so long as they get their cut, even more so if it helps fuck UEFA over. The Premier League have already played their part in going 6 years or more in not agreeing a deal with the EFL for distribution of funds. They’ll use this as a way of levering the EFL clubs and saying they will be saving them. The FA will be happy with the Premier League potentially having play off finals and North vs South games at Wembley.
