You might be in before us at this rate.

Yeah, poor form really.
-
No, just early access.

His holiday was at Roker beach, so it’s quite fucking possible to be fair.

Because there has been speculation over the takeover and her interest which she’s previously commented on. If she didn’t, then she and ENIC maybe guilty of stock market manipulation.

There is no chance that you want to iron a football shirt, especially that one, too much nylon.
-
We will end up with a spine ship, but I hope for a long term one. I’d hate for it to be like those clubs who keep changing their stadium name. Give me 20 years of calling it 1 name over like the Reebok which has been named 16 different names since.

Just saying, pissed me off that we had to drop everything to go and wait in A&E with her after I had just done a 12 hour shift, couldn’t be fucked with the obligation to have to do it all the time if I was stuffing her.

Pope and Murphy repoing the new jackets being released next week at the GNR.

My ex is an identical twin. Her sister is a nice enough lass, but is a massive hypochondriac.

It just shows that the FA are in cruise control. No ambition to make coaching a viable position unless you are a former player and you can pay and get a place on the coaching course which is only available for a dozen people per year. Even today, England are only playing at Villa Park because Wembley is booked out for a Coldplay concert. The FA want absolutely nothing to do with running football.

We need street level interaction in our new stadium. Be it for bars/restaurants, club museum, fanzone, club shop/box office etc. Anything else and it’s a barrier for non match-day income, and it begins to feel like something only football fans can visit.
-
No. The design is outdated, and has minimal street level interaction.

Chelsea fans used it getting to their Conference League final.

I mean Manchester and Leeds are just as close to the Lake District, and Carlisle are marketing themselves as that. It’s a wonderful place to live, but other than the regionally, we are not going to be a hub economically for the North. We are probably just as close to being a part of the Scottish Central Belt economy, as we are the M62 corridor.
-
Yeah go to Blyth or Morpeth from Newcastle and you still feel like you are in Newcastle. Go the same distance along the M62, and you are in a different city.
-
We need better density as well. Our towns outside of Newcastle are just either terraced houses, or semi-detached. Places like North Shields are crying out for areas to be developed with mid rise apartment buildings. Even in Newcastle city centre our density isn’t all that good. Whilst Manchester and Leeds are building apartment skyscrapers, the tallest building we have is Hadrians Tower, which due to be located further down hill to SJP, by being located a couple of streets away, it still isn’t as tall as SJP on the skyline.

I’d love for us to push the boat on the new stadium. As well as having a great capacity, having virtual seats etc would be great as well. I mean for domestic fans it would probably require a change in broadcasting rules, but for foreign fans, and for other events it could be a game changer.
-
It didn’t really. Manchester is in the M62 corridor. It is close to both Liverpool and Leeds, and pretty much right in the centre of the population there, which is where the majority of the Northern population is. It is also still reasonably close to Birmingham which was Englands original 2nd city.

So in 25 years we have lost £105m, the same amount that you are allowed to lose in 3 years under FFP, yet we are still hamstrung by it. It doesn’t make any sense.
-
It’s an FA and Premier League rule, and law with the new regulator.
-
I’ve not seen the interview yet, but the line from the club would be to not let on what decision has been made before the FAB and supporters have been consulted, and everything is public.
-
If it’s on Castle Leazes then I’ll never forgive anyone who doesn’t call it Castle Park. Hearts pinched the most ideal name for a stadium though with Tynecastle. It will be ‘Insert Sponsor here’ stadium.
