When Southampton go down, can we just agree that they don’t get promoted again, ever? Absolute fucking nothing of a club.
-
Apparently Spurs and Chelsea got permission to KO later because they had early KO’s on Thursday. No one has pulled them up saying that means they got a longer break than they usually would after European games on a Sunday.
-
Aye, just makes the top 6 narrative, with a focus on those 2 clubs in particular hard to escape, in fact it leaves no defence.
-
37 seconds for Southampton to be a pack of bastards and totally fuck up our Sunday.
-
Failed to buy both Bruno, and Paqueta. It seems like in midfield they are lacking that player that can keep things ticking when KDB is out.

They are only talking about expanding because of our plans to go to a new bigger stadium. They are even trying to justify it by saying they need to for the concerts. There is zero indication from their owner that they will expand, and there is zero demand from their fans for it. Currently they are averaging a ticket price of £11 when they have the top tier closed, and £9 when the top tier is open. I know an adult ticket bought is actually more than that, but they have to give so many away for causes, this is what they make on each ticket. Even if demand went up, you can just adjust the price point of tickets to settle it at the right point. If they went up, outside of the novelty of being promoted, and games against us, I fail to see them sustaining any increase in demand, as a lot of fans would just revert to their Fire-sticks that the increase of streaming options being in the Premier League would bring.

Rather Chelsea win it than either of Arsenal, or Liverpool.
-
If we beat Ipswich next weekend, we could be within 1 point of Man City.
-
Fucking hell, just put the ball in the box.

Why is he allowed to commentate on Man Utd games?
-
Waited for contact = dive. Sorry like, but it is a dive like.
-
Not much difference between what Bruno did yesterday which everyone slated for, and what happened there to be honest. Just 1 player was wearing a Man Utd shirt. He went down under minimal contact, could have taken the shot. It’s a fucking dive.
-
That’s a fucking dive like.

A lot of them actually claim to fly from Teesside as their club are official partners with them now, except for the flights that don’t exists, then they either got to Manchester, or come to Woolsington/Prudhoe East Airport decked in red & white like a 50’s beach chair.

Like it or not, us alongside Man City have became one of the most political clubs in the U.K. If you don’t agree with the message some of their supporters put across, just do what everyone in Scotland does, read it and move on.
-
Right now they would, but with Premier League money they would be able to put together some good squads. They would also be snapped up by billionaires ready to splash the cash (as much as they would be allowed). I honestly think they would be able to gain more income from sponsors than us and Spurs could.
-
Had we won that game then we would be 6th as it stands, heck even a draw would have us 8th in join position with 7th placed Bournemouth.
-
I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I honestly think it’s about time the Scottish leagues were abandoned. Bring Celtic & Rangers into the English leagues, along with the Edinburgh clubs, and Aberdeen. Merge the Scottish Leagues with the Welsh Leagues, and possibly the Northern Irish leagues, to create a rest of Britain league. Although they aren’t anywhere near the level required so far, with their supporters bases, and with time, both Celtic and Rangers would become competitive in the Premier League. It would massively shock Man Utd and Liverpool, and would make Arsenal realise that they are not as big of a club that they think they are.
-
Absolute no need for those KO times in my opinion, especially on the penultimate weekend before Christmas.
-
Aye. Some of my lasses family live in Crawley, and it’s equal distance between both clubs. In all fairness, it’s in a weird state of being fairly close, without people from either place coming into daily contact with each other. I guess it’s similar to us and Middlesbrough, accept that at least with us, we don’t regard it as a derby.
-
Who’s bright idea was it to have 2 games kicking off at 7pm on a Sunday, when the Friday night, and Saturday midday slots were left empty?
-
Nah. Local councils will keep their share, the share they are buying has been bought and sold a few times in the past.
-
I know it was one of the worst away days I’ve been on, despite winning. Not allowed in any pub in Wolves, not allowed in a lot of shops either. Police on the doors of pubs, never mind bouncers. Wolves fans going off at us as if we were a local rival, and we had to be escorted back to our coaches through police segregation.

Had everyone decent at the club sold as well. The writing is on the wall for them, only so much you can do it and get away with it.
