Pre-season (2026/27): NUFC to play Everton at Murrayfield on 12/08/26

That kit looks even better when you see it there. -
HBA would be proud.
-
Assume the £30m probably includes some hefty bonuses/clauses?
-
Maxi's roughly £25m profit in this year (assuming around £30m sale), £65m outlay on those two will be roughly £13m cost in the year.
-
Aye, seems a fair price too!

Who's that fresh from Reactor 4 on the right? -
Think I must be the only one who actually likes that more away kits just be batshit mental.
-
Did something I never do and left before the end of this one, think I was in a rush to get somewhere after the match, just heard the ground erupt as I was walking down the stairs and had to leg it into the Terrace Bar. From this season, Isak’s pen away to Forest and the two against Brighton at home are right up there with anything I’ve seen before, including the Tiote one.
-
Isn't that just the old Sports Bar they're turning into hospitality?
-
Aye, found that all a bit odd. Wonder if the club have been buying up/leasing property around the area to get them straight in - in the past they’d just get chucked in the Hilton for weeks on end.
-
Noticed all our training gear is sponsorless at the moment, imagine we'll definitely announce a separate sponsor for that before the start of the season.
-
Like it, less of an in your face Saudi kit than last years.
-
Release the plane spotters.
-
Is that Castore or DHGate?
-
Doesn't help that I've convinced myself we're due one. Every other club who comes into money seems to have an expensive flop or two, our hit rate so far has been spot on. Batman, Bruno & Isak all walking in and looking right at home.
-
Hope there's nothing in that like. Already getting visions of him flopping, becoming homesick, and back in Italy within a couple year.
-
This is canny, love Tripps but his set-pieces had me wanting cry by the end of the season at times so glad we've another option.
-
This feels like such a massive step up still in profile of signing. We’ve gone out and bought elite level players before in Bruno & Isak, but we’re now waltzing into Milan and picking up their poster boy before most other sides have even picked up a phone this window. Nee idea if he’s actually any good, but it’s mental.
-
This window feels like it might be a buyers market, loads of clubs seemingly needing to sell. Just need to hold your nerve.
-
If they’ve got Potter lined up, I can’t really blame them. Can’t help but feel O’Neill would be a classic case of having an interim coming in, doing well, then struggling in their first proper season. Roeder-esque.
