Notice he's also following http://twitter.com/PapissCisse9, not sure if it's a real account though.

See that thread was started by our very own resident (well currently absentee) mackem who proceeds to have a bit of a break down 6 pages later. Rattled. http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showthread.php?t=677729&page=6

http://www.nufc.co.uk/articles/20120227/fa-statement-on-nile-ranger_2281670_2626281 What's this about?

All makes sense now. So basically as well as cheering on the top 3 left in the cup, it's also in our best interests that Arsenal finish above Chelsea and Liverpool. What if the cup final is Liverpool vs Everton and Liverpool have finished 6th? I'm guessing FA Cup > League Cup; therefore, if Liverpool win they'll take the FA Cup spot and their League Cup spot is passed onto the league (7th place)? I guess this scenario would also work if Liverpool finish 7th, and we finish 6th.
-
If we finish 7th, and both teams contesting the cup final have already qualified, we'd only need Liverpool to finish 6th or above wouldn't we?

St James' Park is still going strong.... on the adverts in the bogs. http://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-snc7/423931_10151336923160273_772475272_23075291_339722920_n.jpg

Never realised Dortmund's stadium was so big, knew it was famous for the atmosphere and the standing section, but thought it was closer to 50-60k. Impressive.

Keeper kit's nice, although I don't think the iconic red England kit should be a keeper top. Edit: Just noticed those crosses, aye, they're a bit naff.

ProZone and it's disciples.

What a silly cunt. I could almost understand if they'd been thrashed 5-0 or something, but they're a goal down for fuck sake. The sooner Pulis and Stoke disappear into lower league obscurity the better.
-
After seeing him with the England kit, I wonder what the chances are of Joey getting a second cap. The next squad is apparently going to be 'experimental'. What's his and Pearce's relationship like from his City days? Obviously if he was called up, it would be undeserved, especially when you consider his performances compared to last season, but I reckon he might have an outside chance.

Smart, even if it's practically identical to the last one, only with a different colour. That said, there's nothing much you can do with a plain white shirt without spoiling it and I'm a big fan of the Umbro Tailored kits.

The Union Rooms (Wetherspoons) is handy for the train station... Is it likely to be quietish the night of a derby though, or full of roaring drunk maniacs? Love eating and drinking in the Town Wall at the moment, just opposite central up Pink Lane. Whats the town wall like and where is it? And again, what sort of atmosphere will it be on the eve of the derby? Cheers Should be more laid back than places like the gate or Weatherspoons. More expensive mind. Their website has a map etc. Always got a canny selection of beers on. http://www.thetownwall.com/ Food's only served till 7pm on Saturday though. I'd agree with the Town Wall, or The Forth which is opposite.

Not really, bloke was clearly offside.

Roberto Di Matteo's a 50/1 long-shot.

What's the craic with a 5pm kick off in Manchester?

Brian McDermott's signed a new contract at Reading, that's another one struck off the list.

Still think Bruce fancies it, just doesn't fancy starting at our place. Either that or the list of potential candidates is diminishing at such an alarming rate they'll be reappointing Mick Mc this time next week.

Think it's the big Chinese Supermarket opened next to the Laus buffet, opposite Co-op in town.
