Me too, it's growing on me. I've always felt that more Black with White stripes is what our shirt should be, normally I would put another stripe in there but our shirt in the latter years of Sir Bobby's era had only 2 stripes and that was a classic and possibly our best modern strip. No chance! Everyone knows that the 95-97 Home shirt is the best ever! Definitely, the NTL one's were rather poor. The last ever Brown Ale one and the blue Northern Rock one were both nicer as well.

In our defence at least the silly talk of Lukaku was triggered by some shite article and was shot down in flames very quickly.

The journey up on derby day is brilliant, and a bit surreal, all of you on the escort of big, yellow, double decker buses and all the inbred charvers come to the end of there council house gardens to shout abuse. We had one lad on the bus this year who gave an absolutely hilarious commentry on them, had the whole bus in stitches. Can also remember the journey out and this one lad, about 10, is stood on one of those pedestrian bridges no less than a mile from the ground. Fully expecting him to start giving the bus the v signs and all that but as we approach he stops, lifts his hoody up to reveal a Newcastle top, cue massive cheers.
