I was like 2 rows up and left to them, and i took part in a sprinkler before the game with them I told them at Half time they had been on the tele which they seemed happy about. I doubt we would have been laughing had Wigan equalised. Probably was played to be put in the shop window/to show Ranger to change his attitude and that he is bottom of the pecking order.

A win would actually mean so much to our season because the confidence boost it'd give would be great. It sounds fickle, but every win fills me with confidence, every defeat fills me with dread - the league is that tight at the minute. I can't see it happening though. We're terrible at Wigan This Hally boy. Biggest game of the season so far. It could be pivotal really in how we perform up to May. Good Carroll's injury be a blessing in disguise? I.e Ranger starting and showing AP what he has/less lumping the ball up? Clutching at straws i know:/
