  1. Would have been around then. Remember it was in December because we had our works Xmas do at SJP that night and I just stood at the window of the room we were in just remembering what I'd witnessed down below a few hours earlier. Robert definitely makes it into my top 3 favourite NUFC players of all time. Loved watching him play and I don't think I've ever seen a NUFC player able to strike a ball as hard as he could.

    Joelinton

If he had even the most basic of attributes, ie work rate there might be something to work with, although not at Premier League level but there's just nothing there at all. From what I have seen of him, which admittedly will be less than other people on here, he doesn't even seem to move around much. Doubt he ever leaves the pitch with a sweat on. A captain such as Shearer would have had him pinned against the dressing room wall a long time ago.

Don’t be a little forum busy body pulling folk up , knacker. It's just a football forum, stop taking things so seriously ya daft little sad sack

    Joelinton

Probably something to do with the fact it took him until the 39th minute to get his first touch of the ball (he lost it straight away). He doesn't even try to get involved. Playing him out wide is perfect for him because he can just stand on the touchline and keep out of the way which is what he enjoys doing most. Heads would be rolling at a properly run football club for sanctioning that signing. It didn't take him until the 39th minute to get his first touch Fuck me you love tripping folk up, give over man . Sad sack What? You can't say he didn't have a touch of the ball until the 39th minute when it's absolute nonsense There's a lot to criticise about Joelinton without believing some nonsense someone probably made up on Twitter He's right though you do come across as a right pedantic sad sack like. No offence.
  5. Think we averaged something like 1.3 PPG when Benitez came in. Probably would have had us 10th/11th over the course of a season and that was coming in and taking on a totally unmotivated and uninterested squad where all the best players already had their eyes on their next move. If we'd brought him in 2 games earlier we would have stayed up.

  7. People on twitter saying Joelinton didn't get his 1st touch of the ball until the 40th minute. Surely not true??
  8. Why they blabbing on about Liverpool v Man Utd from yesterday? It was absolutely shite and I doubt anyone wants to relive a second of it.
  9. I'll be switching over to something else at 8pm. I'm being serious as well. I don't watch us these days. Waste of time.
  10. Carragher won that like. Neville looked rattled at the end and could only say it's been shit for 12 years. Carra explained that under Benitez at least it gives the fans some hope, a bit like Everton with Ancelotti.
  11. HTT is canny enough (I enjoy reading his stuff on here anyway) but he's clearly a bit of a fantasist and it's been obvious for around 9 months that he has no source close to the takeover and it's just a bit of a wind up now. More fool those who still take his takeover patter seriously tbh.
  12. Yeah but all our players got Long COVID whilst every other teams players only got the standard one.
  13. Schar looked like one of the best Centre halves in the league under Benitez. Says it all that every player who played under both Benitez and now Bruce has regressed except for the overworked goalkeeper.
  14. Her rage at wasting MP time during a pandemic is a bit rich aswell, she openly admits she sent a letter the 1st time round. I’m quite sure they have enough spare time to deal with multiple issues, and likewise govt ministers. She's on there for the sole purpose of boosting her social media profile, pure and simple and shes succeeded there I'll give her that. She's a solicitor (calls her lself a lawyer to make it sound more interesting even though Lawyer is just an American term for Solicitior). My wife is a Solicitor as well. She's been qualified in excess of 20 years now and owns her own practice. Her main specialist areas are Family, probate and to a lesser extent, criminal. If you were unfairly dismissed from your job or you wanted to claim for an accident you'd had she would politely direct you to a specialist in that field as, in her words, she wouldn't necessarily know a great deal more than you do as it's not a part of Law she practices in. Similarly the red Michelle lass won't necessarily know a great deal more than your average, but fairly well educated person in the street, about legal matters in this takeover (which is why she got mostly everything wrong from March-August and tried to compensate for that by using fairly raunchy Profile photos to make up for her lack of and real expertise to keep people hanging onto her words). There’s literally nothing weird at all about a solicitor calling themselves a lawyer. The US term for a lawyer is usually attorney. You are incorrect. In America a Lawyer is trained in the field of general law and will offer advice in accordance with the law and an Attorney is qualified and also licensed to represent a client in court. It's not simply a case of them being two different terms. Happy to agree to disagree on this one! I am lawyer in England and I work for a US law firm. In England a solicitor can still call themselves a lawyer - this is 100% not an issue at all. In the US, the terms lawyer and attorney are used interchangeably - no distinction is generally made between the terms. But let’s leave it there - this is even more of a waste of time than the takeover debate. OK but you're wrong, now let's get back on topic!

My apologies as I haven't seen her Bio for a while. She used to use the word Lawyer all the time when trying to underline her own importance.

  18. It's that Red Rose Michelle lass on twitter who kicked off most of the animosity towards Keith. She has a band of desperate male followers who'll back her regardless in some pathetic attempt to get noticed or a like off her. Thing is what people forget is that she got almost everything wrong the 1st time around and when someone put her CV onto twitter the other week it showed that she's a very inexperienced solicitor with no experience in this field.
  19. If there was no challenge we'll hear on Monday. Otherwise we'll hear by the end of the month. Would fit in with HTT’s claim.... Or someone else has worked out the sames timeline and HTT is gong off that rather than proper intel. But in HTT we trust (in the absence/never existence of Mimms) I’m not on Twitter and don’t follow any other shite, I know I’m a gob shite and have pissed a few off with the 3.00pm Friday stuff but I do genuinely have a source which I genuinely believe is credible and as much as I’m a gobshite, all joking aside I would never mislead people on here other than the 3.00pm shite which I’d like to believe most in here know is, well, me being a bit of a piss taker. I have been told we could see some very positive news by Monday on the legal side. My source works with PCP and another source is high up in government although not my own source, it’s a 3rd party one, but has delivered before and again when this is all done and dusted I’d like to think some on here will vouch for that who I’ve shared info with. Interestingly the 3rd party source is saying nothing at all which leads me to believe we are in the sensitive stage of the takeover where it’s not if, but when, and this could be very soon. Not 3.00pm Friday next week soon, but the end of this month or sometime February? I’m 100% confident anyway... Haha you're a fantasist mate!
