Too many variables in that equation to link it that strongly with region. Plus there are about 80 clubs in London alone which just means that warps things. I was born between Birmingham, Coventry and Leicester; the latter two one club cities and ones ran complete differently to one another. having lived in Leicester for 3 years the main difference between the way they are run compared to the likes of villa and cov is the way the fans are treated.
