  1. I salute you for putting JFK's interview in the Father Ted universe. Thank you. I'm on my phone and can't be arsed to figure but how to post a picture. Please imagine Father Ted in the episode where he upsets the Chinese and then does a Nazi salute at them out the window.
  2. His best interview so far, but 8 minutes into that extended Kinnear interview the feckin eejit just makes up a word: "I underknow how it'd be frustrating for anyone at the club..." Now I've typed that, it does seem like I'm nit-picking what was overall a good interview. Meh - feck it - he's still a twat and we still haven't signed anyone.

Not to mention Cisse as a winger and Jonas as a footballer

It's.... STABILITY TIME! Algebraic! (this probably does not make a lot of sense, sorry)

Agreed. Although it may be more than the season just gone, and the season coming up that will have to be written off. He's here to stay man

Really? You don't care if the football is crap? That is my principle reason for wanting him gone. The team of players will get my backing, along with the stuff that is clearly going right - scouting and signing players. The manager and coaches will not get any backing from me (whatever that is worth to them - I suspect very little indeed) because I don't applaud failure. The writing is on the wall, and has been for quite some time. Quite why anyone (not referring to you specifically DISOG, I see you have put you wanted him gone) is satisfied with resigning themselves to the desperate hope that Pardew stumbles across some "magic" formula that will negate his inability to manage a football club is beyond me. But each to his own I guess. I'm unsurprised he's staying, but frankly, because it now looks like he will be here for years to come, the future of this club is looking bleak in the extreme. Sad day.
  7. Haha, loving this from the BBC Sunday football live thing: Source: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22057265

  9. Not sure I'd go that far - he could have made a better sub/subs, but it's better than his dice-throwing at Reading. Even though this dice (Shola) was part of the problem from the off against Reading.
  10. Not a bad sub imo. At least it's attacking. And 442 ain't so bad as long as we create.

Posted this at the end of November in the Pards out thread. I still can't see anything wrong with it:
  14. Krul Simpson Colo Saylor Raylor Jonas Cabaye Tiote HBA Vuckic Cisse He said it was an XI of injured players for us. Pards said Cisse and Colo both had strains in his pre match interview.
  15. I know it isn't really comparable, but we would be bottom of the Championship form table as well. Huddersfield Town are rooted to the bottom of the form table but have managed to get 4 points from their last 6 games. http://www.footballformguide.net/form/npower-championship Edit - out of the 92 professional league clubs, over the last 6 games, only Bury and Colchester have performed worse than Alan Pardew's Newcastle United. We're on par (form-wise) with Portsmouth, currently in the relegation zone of League 1. Make of that what you will - different leagues I know, but in terms of a team's performance in the league they are competing in on merit, we are easily one of the shittest in England/Wales.
  16. Plan A worked in full, Alan. Hoping for a bit of magic eventually paid off.
