I think the best one was Harper doing a people's elbow after Tiote scored in the 4-4. -
Now: Messi Xavi, Iniesta Neymar Silva Modric Past Roberto Carlos Figo Zidane Scholes Ronaldo Rivaldo Le Tissier Gazza Bergkamp Zola Maldini However purely to watch Ronaldinho beats them all hands down, my all time favourite player

Have to admit, I was almost certain he would miss.

I pretty much agree with this, don't get me wrong he is an awful player but on the other hand he did play a big part in establishing spirit which helped us win promotion.

Not worthy of a thread - 2018 FIFA World Cup edition
summerof69 replied to OzzieMandias's topic in Football
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-latin-america-16624823 Beer must be sold at all venues hosting matches in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, football's world governing body, Fifa, has insisted. Fifa General Secretary Jerome Valcke said the right to sell beer must be enshrined in a World Cup law the Brazilian Congress is considering. Alcoholic drinks are currently banned at Brazilian stadiums and the country's health minister has urged Congress to maintain the ban in the new law. Brewer Budweiser is a big Fifa sponsor. Mr Valcke is visiting Brazil to press for progress on the much-delayed World Cup law. 'Won't negotiate' Fifa has become frustrated because voting on the legislation has been held up in Congress by the dispute over alcohol sales. The Brazilian government has also failed to resolve differences with Fifa over cut-price tickets for students and senior citizens, and demands for sponsors of the World Cup to have their trademarks protected. In remarks to journalists in Rio de Janeiro, Mr Valcke sounded frustrated with Brazilian officials. "Alcoholic drinks are part of the Fifa World Cup, so we're going to have them. Excuse me if I sound a bit arrogant but that's something we won't negotiate," he said. "The fact that we have the right to sell beer has to be a part of the law." Alcohol was banned at Brazilian football matches in 2003 as part of attempts to tackle violence between rival football fans. The measures have had limited impact, says the BBC's South American football correspondent Tim Vickery. In order to drink, supporters tend to stay longer outside stadiums, areas that are harder to police than inside. Much of the football violence in Brazil stems from club rivalries, our correspondent notes. Fans who follow the national side tend to be wealthier and include more women and families. Mr Valcke criticised the pace of construction at Brazil's world cup venues Health Minister Alexandre Padilha and other members of Congress have called for the ban to be maintained. Mr Valcke said negotiations with Brazil over details of the World Cup had been slow. "We lost a lot of time and we were not able to discuss with people in charge that are willing to make a decision," he said, adding that it was the first time a country was still in talks five years after winning the right to host the tournament. During his visit to Brazil, Mr Valcke has been touring the stadiums in 12 cities where the 2014 World Cup will be played. He criticised the pace of construction and said Brazil had not yet improved its infrastructure to the level needed to welcome visitors. -

As much as I rate Cabaye as a player, its knackers like him Barton and Sideshow Bob Collocini who are spoiling football. Read more: http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showthread.php?t=663930&page=2#ixzz1jYtMZwde

The lad is still young, i can definitely see him being as god in that area as jose is. Of course it will take time, but i think Pardew will do a good job of improving him over the next few years, potentially he could be top quality.

He plays with joy and with fun he's davide santon as he runs down the wing he makes the crowd all sing

Just said on Sunday Supplement that Fulham have the third biggest debt in English football.

Riquelme says Hi. Embarassing comparison Vuckic is a good year or two away from first team action and even then it wont be premiership. He is very laboured now that IS daft He will not be playing premiership football in the next 2 years, guaranteed His size is the reason he is getting a game at the moment, but it will soon become apparant he is not good enough and that he is too pedestrian. What Riquelme lacked in pace he had in brain speed and he had that in abundance He may score a couple of worldies but his overall play will not be enough Honestly think this couldn't be further from the truth. You look at the West Brom game , he played a pass few of his teammates would of seen. It was inches from being the best pass of our season. This lad has undoubted talent, but he requires work. Completely agree with this and can't believe someone would say he is only getting a game because of his size, you only have to look at the games he has played to see has far more to his game than just his size.

Seriousely Redknapp should fuck off.
-
Amazing, we can sign some one this good for free.
-
Sounds like the type of signing we would be interested in.
-
Classic! The good signings are Carr's. The bad ones are Pardew's. Pardew did say he had an eye on him for a few years, so i think with that being said Obertan probably was.
-
I think Obertan is most definately Pardew's signing, especially as he said he had an eye on him for a few years, which would strongly indicate that Carr had nothing to do with this one.
