Im not normally on the doom mongering bandwagon, but i really do think this is the end of Tiote with us. If we can get £5mil for Tiote, i wouldn't be that gutted either. When he is on form he is great, but unlike other players, when he is off form, he isnt just poor, he is a liability. He costs us possession too much and looks like a walking red card. I have not seen too much of Sissoko but he is a little less rough around the edges is he not? Could help create a better more fluid midfield with YoCabs, with the likes of Marveaux and Anita floating in and out of the 11 too

I dont want to fuel those rumours, but the last line is excellent!

For your sake I hope we don't sign Lady Gaga!

to be fair, i prefer Italian football...doesn't mean id turn down an English side coming in for me, especially when Roma don't look overly interested

I have no idea what he sees in her like...

One of them won't be, but the other will be

I think there'll be more and more in the mould of Gary Neville in the coming years, and that we might see the likes of Jonathan Wilson / Michael Cox sneaking onto telly as pundits http://i3.mirror.co.uk/incoming/article1450384.ece/ALTERNATES/s615/Jonathan%20Walters,%20Stoke%20City Itll never swing THAT far that way, more likely to have big Jon on than someone as insightful as that...

My Newcastle shirt run continues...Kluivert, Milner, Carroll, Coloccini...all left the year or year after i got them printed...but hey, not my 2009/2012 away shirt with Ameobi 23

Its a delicate situation and considering they are trying to get him for free or atleast very little fee, they can fuck off by trying to rush the situation! I want it sorted too, but to try and pressure us into a decision is a twats trick. San Lorenzo would do well to keep quiet in this situation as every press released makes them look worse and worse, whereas we seem to be atleast trying to work a compromise out. Could you imagine Rooney/Ronaldo/Cazorla/Ibra being allowed to go back to their home club for basically free when they are captain/pivotal to how their side plays? This almost annoys me more than losing the player himself!

Yeah i assumed a ban was going to be on the cards...

This is what i thought but is it not getting extended or thats what the rumoured plans are?

poor man's Lukaku...

Was gonna say, if we get Gomis, expect even longer balls...i think this backs up the idea that Loic Remy would have just been striker down the middle too, just the long balls would be tried to be lofted in behind the defence...

I know it makes no sense, but if he bloody went there...

Inter wanted to stretch his contract out for the same money (basically, like 5 years instead of 3, but the same total cash, thus lowering wage)

...when the opposition have 10 men...

Was it Boumsong and Babayaro? Do they have to rhyme or alliterate?

Yes in age, but in ability he is much better in my opinion. He is a full international no? He could probably walk into a lower Serie A side and be competitive whereas the others would probably struggle to do that.

was looking for another pic but this tickled me; http://cdn.bleacherreport.net/images_root/slides/photos/001/437/641/Harry-Redknapp-Luka-Modric-Tottenham_2523027_original_display_image.jpg?1318812021

You reckon, I'd say there's a very decent chance he goes to Watford. Well that is the other easy link, but i dunno, from the very very little i have seen, i reckon he can do better than the championship...they have sent young development players down there, and whilst Fabbrini is young, he is a little further along the curve than the rest. Just my opinion though, cue him signing for them in the next hour or so!
