All of those apart from Pirlo are better players. Pick a player from Bayern instead and that's it. Been a passenger for the past 6 months in Juventus. Had two good games at the Euro's. Media etc etc. He has been very good this season, bit of a dip in form since xmas, but before then he was running the show. Still one of the top top players in the world. Better than Bale like Thoroughly disagree, watched quite a bit of Juventus and one of my closest friends is a die hard fan. Been livid with him all season, saying his reputation is saving him and that they're practically playing with ten men when he's in the side. Had his best game of the season the other week though. As do I, supporting Milan which probably lowers my expectation of centre mids, but I thought up til Xmas, though Vidal is more noticeable in the midfield, Pirlo was fantastic. some of the link up play and his poise on the ball has been just beautiful to watch. He doesn't catch the eye as much as he doesn't really get assists due to his deep lying role, but he has a decent hand in alot of their goals. Agree to disagree anyway.

Thought Fulham did but was that Loftus Road? when Craven Cottage was getting redeveloped?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ballon_d%27Or_2001 Robbery of the century, although I'm glad Raúl didn't win it or we would still be hearing about it from the Real Madrid media oi, less of that...i love that man; http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lpuis6W5Qt1qbiysso1_500.jpg
  5. I bloody love Neymar, cant wait to see him against the likes of Cahill or Shawcross...I thought Luis Fabiano got phased out after the world cup? Must just have been the olympics cos of the age rule i guess

  7. I expect De Ceglie will be competition in the future, and from their perspective will be first choice as i can see them wanting to nail down as close to an all Juve back line as possible; De Ceglie Santon Barzagli Chiellini Bonucci Could be more likely. Has Criscito been called up since moving to Russia even? Im glad Abate didnt go there like
  8. Possible Giggs, but did anyone listen to 606? Alan Green "I've seen it, Coloccini knew what he was doing...". Alan Green is just the latest of the Keys/Gray type pundits knocking about. He puts himself up on a pedestal with occasional self-deprecation so he cant be accused of being arrogant. He just sounds like a bitter old man sometimes. Coloccini's eyes were never off the ball if i recall correctly? Maybe a pen like, never a red
  9. You do relise it's going to involve Italians and probably caused by them in anyway case. What is it with your culture with bribes etc? Firstly, im a fan of Italian football, not actually Italian...born and raised in Northumberland Secondly, id be surprised if it does involve Italian clubs as pretty much every game has been investigated over that time period in the Calcioscommesse scandal, something would have probably come out by now. Im sure Juve are clean this time... Thirdly, its like saying what is it with English culture and violence, or Eastern European culture and racism...Its a problem that needs to be overcome but no Country in football is without sin like. Italy just seems to have a niche with this particular area. Look at Berlusconi to get an idea of the direction of football/politics...
  10. It would be nice from an "Italian football fan" perspective to see another country go through this

I don't get it. I think players should do it at the end of every match regardless of the result. Lets not forgot that A. This is the first home game Colo has had since he's announced he's staying, thanks largely to the support. B. This is the first home game the new lads have had since coming to the club. C. In our position this is a very big and needed win and worthy of celebrating. If you can't cheer a win in football whats the point in going? Obviously I draw the line at needless pitch invasions etc. They would have been fucked off if they saw Milan doing their celebrations after a win over Udinese..."small club, embarrasing marra..."
  12. Mata and I'd say lamp are are like able, but I didn't realize how much of a dick Ivanovic was. Also has a disproportionately big arse... John Matter is just so good. He was relatively quiet but still popped up with a beautiful goal and had very neat touches. Big fan of Gouffran. May end up being a bit of a work horse up front which can only be good for Cisse
  13. Its a weird one, but i swear he is playing better this year than he was last year (not that he was bad) but outside of that spell in the 4-2-3-1, he was not as good as this season tbh. My opinion only like but i think he has fully settled into this league now

    Xisco

just checked his wiki and found this; "however, he featured rarely during the season, being only seventh-choice behind Michael Owen, Obafemi Martins, Mark Viduka, Peter Løvenkrands, Shola Ameobi and Andy Carroll." Competition for places!

    Shola Ameobi

anyone questioning him as a sub only has to look at some of his previous contributions such as QPR at home this season to see how he can be used well. He was crap last night but people act like he has never played that role well, astounding. That being said, not a fan of him playing atm

Balotelli at Milan could be a perfect fit. I think we can see a 20+ goal season from him next year, and with SES doing that this year (hopefully) and Niang stepping up with any look, i wouldnt want to be playing against those 3 as a defender!
  17. I love Jonas but as a player he kinda looks finished. Maybe if he had a month of rest, just to condition himself back up, we could see. In a relegation battle though, he should not be starting. If rumours are true that Marvs was gonna start ahead of him then fairplay, but its almost a bit sad seeing Jonas this year. For a while he has changed his game from attacking winger to more of a box to box/defensive winger, providing cover. This year however he has been doing it badly, but then again, how many players have played as well as last year? Love the guy, but needs a rest really! 29 ffs
  18. Gourcuff is one of the few players who can rival Cabaye in terms of looks tbh http://images.supersport.com/Yoann-Gourcuff-120527-LineUp-AI-300.jpg

    Other clubs' transfers

Balotelli to Milan looks a done deal! Rumours this morning had Prince going in the opposite direction but Milan have offered 20mil euros with an extra 3mil euros performance based. Forza Milan edit - imagine coming up against Super Mario and Niang? poweful and scary!

Don Hutchison did alright... Don't recall him saying anything outwardly derogatory about you though. Oh and rumours are its Grant Holt instead Grant Holt What a handsome pairing he and Fletcher would be!
  22. Happy birthday Peter Rosenkrands Lovenkrands! 29 lovely goals
