This is still just an investment group with Dell, right? it's definitely good news for them but I don't think it's going to make them a premier league club in two years and have them competing. They still have a long way to go

Why would they change that rule and why would any team utilize it

The three in a row right at the beginning of the season is the only thing that bothers me. Destroys any ability for teams or leagues to gain momentum. Remember that old international break right before the season started but after clubs had spent weeks in preseason? Genius whoever scheduled that.

Don't think they're interesting in the club anymore

He's good if we tailor our entire system towards him, but he's not good enough to warrant that. The last few months of our first seasons back up were probably his best. His long passing ability matched with Gayle's movement really helped us bring Ayoze and the fullbacks into play.

He didn't have a defender tight to him though, and his touch gave him a great angle to beat Lloris. It wasn't close control or anything, but it set him up perfectly for his next move, which is pretty much the ideal first touch.

If you're only valuing him on goals and assist you're missing the point. Those will come, but he's never going to score at a rate most top strikers would because he's an attacking midfielder being played as a forward. He makes our team better when he's on the pitch which makes him not a luxury player.

They just agreed to another four years on Bein in the U.S., which means another four years of no one watching. Most major carriers either don't carry Bein or bury it on expensive packages. Most likely part of a wider deal to be on other Bein channels across the world, but still miles behind anything the other top leagues have over here.
